What a buch of shite! Even if she'd smoked 3 ozs of weed she'd still be able to walk a straight line. Pot doesn't have anywhere near the impairing effects that alcohol has. You can only get so high. Smoke 2 doobs and you're as high as you can get. Then you're just wasting the weed by smoking more of it. Unlike booze which continues to compund its impairing effects, the more you drink. Until you die from alcohol poisoning. No one ever O.D.'d on pot.

You know, I always wondered why pot was illegal, I mean no one smokes a doober and beats their wife (Though all of Hearst News papers claimed so in the 1930s. But heck, even hostpials were not allowed to experiment with it. That's an onion planted layer they wanted conspiracy theorists to find, so you would stop at that discovery, and chalk it up to paper profits. But if that were the case Hearst could have grown his own hemp for paper, and still made monly in logging amd lumber with his alledged forests properties.

"The New Process" What new process? Links? Anyway the (old) hemp paper process was still more efficient than chopping down all our forest trees to make paper. The first two drafts of the US Constitution writteninb the 1700s, was on Hemp Paper. Again, Hearst could have easily grown hemp for his newspapers, and still made nice construction lumber profit on his treed land. His campaign was flat out to usher in the very profitable age of cancer and the "treatment" thereof, rather than cure.

LOL the new process was to make it thin and strong enought to use in the modern printing process (rolls for the presses, never said it couldn't be used or never was used, think its a good idea) as for the Constitution, parchment made from treated animal skin, typically sheepskin. And the cancer cure, it helps but doesn't cure. And when in better health have done a lot raising awareness of breast cancer since my Kana died of it in 95', and now with my SCLC. So probably fairly aware.

Hospitals are now the 2nd leading cause of preventable death in the USA, (look it up) and that is five years running! that doesn't happen by accident, Accidents like that are corrected the 2nd year. but for it to continue five years running, is deliberate. I only go to the hosptial when I spring a leak, and that's only because the money loving twin snake brotherhood illegalized self medication & pain killer, unless you buy it from them at outrageous prices.
