I have been free running for 6years and can do a lot of stuff but that is 6 years of practice. I am twelve and can do a lot of stuff so if you are serious about free running at a young age like my friends and just practice ... a lot.
cbs has it wrong, and @LuciusAemilius Tauras its never to late to learn, iv been doing both free running and parkour for 5 years and been teaching for 2 years, i started at 14, all it takes is precission and common sense and training
