@tnycstllno12 LOL You are absolutely right. Big Boy Wand would have so much for CFM and Lift.  I think the mechanic just found the closest wand he could. :)

do you put the detergent solution in the machine water or just leave it pure water and spray the solution before hand directly on carpet ?

@Danster82 In this case, Paul our mechanic was just killing time and decided to throw some Grease Eater (prespray) in the tank and go at it. :)

You need a better wand, a uniform and should be moving that couch and coffee table. Do these things and you are well on your way to becoming a good carpet cleaner!

Raise the handle... your bending over way too much, and you should be standing comfortably. You need a bigger glided wand for that TM, higher flow would be the way to go with that big a machine..

It's good to see another company that cleans carpets the same way we do at The Carpet Machine. Slow backward strokes that actually get the carpets clean, backed by powerful equipment that sucks the moisture out along with some extra dry strokes where needed. The hardest thing for us is when we hire someone new who claims to have carpet cleaning experience, They always want to do 90 mph strokes instead of just letting the machine do the job it was designed to do.
