  • Chinese?? This is an Indian system. Mudra is an Indian word. Even Accupressure / Accupuncher originated in India.

  • great video. thank you! <3

  • ...thanks..

  • do u do all mudras in front of ur heart like that?

  • rock the shocker, two pink one stink.

  • On the quest for spiritual evolution? Is your quest for truth beginning to feel like running around in circles?psychic awakening, precognition, mind powers, it all exists. This is the time to lift the veil THE-HIDDEN-SPIRITdotCOM .

  • Hi Michael,im wondering how i can learn more about this chinese mystery school the Foo?Do You have a link about it or anything? Thanks.

  • when i did one of the mudras, i felt cold breeze around my body, is it my imagination?

  • cool thanx. nice and straight forward.

  • Trust is what is needed in yourself and in the Divine. It"s not what is showing itself on the surface but what is deep inside. When we close the eyes we are shutting off the outside so we cane listen to the whispers inside. Just go for what ever you feel is right. Or just play with the Hand Mudras like a child. Have Fun.Love Michael:)

  • could i just close my eyes and just let my fingers do what they want? or does it have to be like this? srry i'm sorta new to this

  • Hi there I can't say as a doctor, but I can give you My own opinion The Body has it's one intelligence. The body is Divine. This could be the body's way of removing any tension or stress that has accumulated over a period of time. The best way to find out what is going on is to simply Ask. Your body has it's own Consciousness.Place your attention into your lower centre and close your eyes and ask, wait for the answer.Love Michael:)

  • Can you help me, please? Not long after I started practicing qigong and meditation, my hands started moving quite of their own accord. They still do this several times per week during meditation. A couple of years ago though, I noticed that these movements were very clearly (primarily hindu) mudras. Would you know why they would move spontaneously, but in well-established ways?

  • Sir, may I ask where you learned this from???

  • Thank you for sharing this! :-)

  • lol looks like gang signs crips and bloods

  • MICHAEL, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  • Hi from Peru Michael, I've been practicing Mudras since 2007 and last Nov I had a shocking experience. I suffered face-paralisis for two weeks When I practiced Shunya Mudra I felt its effects (improved hearing) and out of the blue I felt warm my face, few seconds after I started practicing ten days later. Have you ever heard somethin like that? I noticed since that day my anger, I could hear my mind discussing, I noticed my intolerance. Thanks for your comments.

  • What you describe sounds like something I just read about ho.opohon (spelling is wrong but it's, to my understanding a Hawaiian prayer). This makes sense. Thank you. Might I also ask are there particular Mudras for the spleen? I find that sometimes after I eat I get a stabbing feeling in my left side under the ribs, which seems like spleen, and is there a Mudra for cleaning some of the gunk from the blood vessels to help lower blood pressure? Thank you again.

  • I just saw a video showing the mudra for back pain as my shoulder blade is hurting. I found it difficult to bring the pinky and middle down quite painful. Other than practice have you any advice to make this easier?

  • @wetlazer

Hi there wetlazer. What I have found is that when the body is in pain you can ask it questions, like what message do you have for me body? You can place your hands over you tummy and ask why am I feeling this? wait a little and your body will give you the right answer. You can say as you focus your attention on your body "I LOVE YOU..... I AM SORRY...... THANK YOU." Each time you say this to your body it changes the patterns little by little. Love and Blessings.michael:)

  • @Mcrichmond153 With all respect, but mudra`s are not to be practiced, it will have no value.Mudra should happen spontaniously.Mudra`s represent a stage of consciousness, or stage of enlightment or a particular energy.Practicing mudra`s have no value at all.Mudra`s don`t energyse body, spirit, or consciousness, but a formed by a particular higher energy.Mudra`s are formed by an unstoppable unexplainable urge to do them.Practicing mudra`s is fooling yourself.

  • @arier0135813 @arier0135813 thank you. what is the point of it all? There are some people who ned a helping hand, up the ladder of higher consciousness. Hand Mudras,Meditation, EFT, NLP,Yoga, the art of silence, Phycology of Vision,Chi Kong, Tai Chi and all those pathways that point to finding Enlightenment give others the oppertuneity to grow and move forward . We as teachers show and guide others through service. So that nobody gets left behind. Thank You Love Michael:)

  • @Mcrichmond153 Thank you Michael for talk with body

  • It would be great to have photographs of each of these position. Any possibility of that?

    Thank you!

  • Wonderful! Thanks for sharing the love!

Are these designed to be used in sequence, as preparation for a "Zen" meditation? Are they a meditative sequence as they are? Used alone as individual support methods? All of the above?

    :o)

Have a wonderful year of the Metal Tiger! (Roar!)

  • Thank you for your interest. The hand mudras work in accordance to wherever your mind intention is at that particular moment. They also have a strong effect on your emotions. If you are feeling great Joy then this will be the mood of the energy. They can be used as helpful aids individually, giving you personal guidance, or you can use them as a nine pearls sequence for universal love. Love Michael.

  • Wow yeah, Great teachings...

  • Thank you so much for your support and wisdom. We all need to share our skills and express to all with open hearts. This is a wonderful time of rich goldenness. As our spiritual awareness grows and our lives are challenged, we become tempered like the sword of truth. This is one of the keys of transformation - to be spontaneous and speak our truth. May your good be better and your better be so blissful. Love Michael;)

  • Hi there Spcmn77. What is your ultimate aim ? What do you hope to achieve with the hand Madras? It might be that you could place your attention on somewhere else. If you are willing to change your Mind&,Body for a Higher purpose? Then you might think of other ways. I will be happy to guide you if you wish; Love Michael:)

  • Hi there spcmn77.Yes the wisdom of the Ninjitsu is part of the 9hand mudras. It comes from China.

Before Japan became a powerful Kingdom, China was already working with the energy of the body and with this understanding of Mind,Body&Spirit used many magical solutions to maintain vibrant health. Love Michael:)
