Constant effect for Oblivion READ DESC

congrats, this is true constant effect. what about the stacking armor stats? I haven't seen anyone do it yet.

plz help i did constant enchant with chameleon items so i had 100% invisible forever. but now nobody can see me how do i take the enchantments off? my character is level 30 and my last save is at level 12. what do i do its so boring now nothing can attack me.

@Zanmatt2g Simply put, your screwed. Never CE Nighteye, Chameleon, or RD.

i realize this is old but i wonder if i can still get a response anyway. like Buddha ive tried this glitch but the effect disappears as soon as i equip a different thing on even if its completely different ex. ring whit shield on self then do this with a ring with say + stat when the stat one comes on i lose the shield effect and yes i have tested it so whats wrong?

I'm not sure if anyone has posted this yet but 1st timers don't do weapons the game will crash 99.9% of the time & if you do get it to work its not worth the trouble p.s. thx 4 the vid dude ur awesome

I Highly recomend not making yourself invisble permanantly but wait til u lvl get a chameleon sigil that is 30% and enchant a clothing set of 4 pieces so u can make urself visible again when ur training defence

but some people do this till there spell effect is like over 5000. so how? do they need to buy a ring and dup it (un echanted) and just keep re enchanting it?

@GTZmodding Yes, you have to dupe the un enchanted item (ie Gold Ring) because once you enchant an item it becomes "scripted" in a sense and the effects are permanatly bonded to that scripted item meaning no matter how much you dupe the scripted item (enchanted) it is in the games script that those effects are already bound to your character...wow i said script alot lol.

ok i have a question, can you do this with items obtained? ie the ring of swords? to permanantly bind its effects to you? ive been trying but after i bind it to me as soon as i equip a different amulet it just goes away.

@BigBuddha2012 yes you can. do you mean visualy it goes away? if it disappears from your character visually meaning your character looks like he/she dont have it around their neck or finger then it's ok, because the effects stay with your character regardless of it being visually equipped.

You can do like 5 rings at a time CE them to your character then drop the rings and start over.

In example 5 rings A, AA, AAA, AAAA, AAAAA. constant effect them to your character then go drop those rings somewhere since the ring itself is useless. Then you can make 5 more A, AA, AAA, AAAA, AAAAA.

I tried to do this with the skill destruction and it didnt work it says it worked but whenever I try a destruction spell it says must be level 25, 50 etc. Help?

Yes for some reason you can not do them with your skills.

you cant cast journeyman skills etc by using items or spells to increase your skill for that spell casted. so if i had 49 destruction and made a spell to increase destruction by 1 point, i couldnt cast any journeyman level spells.

It is the frostcraig spire DLC. But you don't need to have it to do it. all you need is a enchanting altar. The mages guild has one.

I used to always do this with my old characters, but I've tried doing it on my other character to get him to have something like 5000 magicka, but I have a problem, where I can only have 8 (I think) permanant effect glitches on at the same time, then when I do it again, it just replaces one of the effects there, and when I press on the ring, most of the times, it doesn't say I can't equip right now, and it equips the ring. (Thus, losing the effect that has been glitched.) How do I fix this? =S

Yes, probably. I'll try with a gold emerald ring, although I doubt it would do any difiference. With my old characters I would use any clothing or piece of jewelry and it would work.

Did you check your stats? Cause the CE won't be all listed in the Effects menu as it will only show what will fit on the screen.

Also if thats not the case what CE are you trying to do?
