Typical... but this okie knows tornadoes usually will break apart when they suck up too much debris or water. That's why you find a place to live between 2 rivers, or on the opposite side of the river from where tornadoes generally come from. Only good for an F3 or smaller though.
A tornado in Brooklyn???????? Thats really weird. I can believe that a tornado can actually touch down on Staten Island cuz there's plenty of open spaces here where I live. There are no open spaces in Brooklyn.
Brooklyn is urban and much like the city. Staten Island has had more tornados than Brooklyn. It is not normal for a tornado to touch down in Brooklyn cuz the storm has no room to pass.
not true....urban areas are no less susceptible to tornadoes then anywhere else. the tornado is not stopped by densely populated areas. It is a myth that needs to be defunct.
i agree tell BloomBerg to go to hell. At least it is not Hurricane Andrew, that was Baaaaaaaaaaddddddddd, this little tornado doesn't even compare. One more thing if you are with the New York Times, I have some videos of the Tornado if they want to buy them. Thanks:)
