I've just downloaded QMC and love the simple layout, but every time I try to convert a file it comes up with an error message.

Apparently this has something to do with giving full admin rights.

i've just started using QMC and it's great the video qaulity is great but the conversion is very very slow... why is that?...i'm converting a flv to a quicktime h.264 mp4...

Hello , the codec and format you chose for conversion is very high quality so it takes longer to make the video as it is highly compressed ... It depends also on your pc s cpu but still is normal ..

everything goes convert very well, but except the ipod convertion, the video is ok, but the audio has a problem, the audio sound like a little static or bootleg, not sure, but when doing Music videos, please, check this issue out. there's errors popout, just something fix in the ipod convertion.

What settings did you use ? in easy mode ?

There is a new version with a rectified ipod profile in the profiles you may want to try that and see if it solves your problem

ok, you mean in expert mode find the profile for the ipod? i actually did find the profile and did some editing and then i started converting, but when it starts, the whole program just went "not responding" on me and i have close it. oh yea, i'm converting an avi to ipod, by the way.

It is a converter not a video authoring software.

It all depends on the input file but also on the output format settings selected as well as computing power of your pc ..It may take from a few minutes to a few hours .

hey i got this program and when i open it after a few seconds a window pops up and says quick media converter has stopped working and then the program closes? and it does this everytime. ive tried reinstalling it several times but nothing seems to work. please help
