  • This is a great idea, how much does it cost to build the stand and modify the guitar?

  • @torogos712 about 650 usd depending how much you spend on the wireless.

  • I have the exact same guitar! minus the jimmy rigged get up you have... isn't it a beaut though? plays like a dream

  • Sounds hard, lol!

  • @GUARDIANtrooper Yea, It was.

  • what system of reciever did yoy use, and how did you made it to chanel the sound to the amp/petal/whatever?and also can you tell me the time that can be used after the charge?

  • @darkfighter7143

also how much did the whole project costed?

  • what system of reciever did yoy use, and how did you made it to chanel the sound to the amp/petal/whatever?and also can you tell me the time that can be used after the charge?

  • yea that was buckethead lol

  • As big as any stage. I think 150-300'

  • this is SO sweet.. seriously buy new guitars, fix them to do this, and then sell them. Ide buy it.

    whats the range though?

  • how can i contact with you? i need want o those for real, this idea ROCKS!!

  • I'll send you a message with my email

  • thank you man

  • buckethead?

  • Whitewash is correct, you win no prize tho.

  • bucket IS the prize

  • make your own brand of guitars id buy them

  • oh man this video is alot better!! im a website developer and i think you should make your own company...be a web store...people send you their guitar and you update it. or just buy some guitar and then modify them...shit...make your own guitars lol...

  • i might be willing to send you one of my worse guitars with some money and have you build one for me, That thing is SICK I am very suprised nobody has bought the idea!

  • maybe if it had any base value. still a bitchin idea you should start producin

  • I don't have a dollar to my name. And none of the guitar companies are interested. I'm gonna die and never see it to production. Someone with money will easily steal it and make a fortune. That's just the way it goes.

  • Hey man you gotta be positve!

  • Hmmm... good idea dude, I could charge it over night... play it wireless all day. If the battery were to run low I could always plug in a cable and still jam. I can run my effects through it (we love our effects). Seems to me like a VERY solid idea.... I would for sure purchase one of these. Good luck to you, I hope someone sees what a great idea this is.

  • shame, waste of a perfectly good rg550. has absolutely NO VALUE now. novel idea though.

  • Dimebag signed it with a screwdriver.

    I think that trumps.

  • that is badass...nothing would of though of it..

  • bad ass, how much would one cost?????

  • I'd like to know that myself. For me it's the cost of the wireless and wood plus the time i put into it.

  • this is awesome. I would totally buy one!

  • this is an awesome idea! can you still use pedals even though it's wireless?

  • Yea, I'm using pedals in the video!!

Wireless signal to base>base to in pedal>out pedal to amp.

  • what if you loose the othher end? can you just jam with a regular patch chord?

  • Yes, it still has the 1/4" jack.

  • This is a great idea man!!.. I think the only thing that is keeping guitar companies from taking on the idea is that this limits you to 1 guitar. Many people in bands, like myself, use 2-3 different guitars throughout a set. This would mean that I would have to have a transmitter in each guitar that are set up on the same frequency in order for this to work. But if you are a 1 guitar person, this system seems awesome.. Keep messing around with prototypes and im sure it will sell! Good luck!!

  • Thanks, Thought about all those points and came to the same conclusion.

  • a thats pritty nise

did you make it out of a wireles headset?

  • From a shure wireless for guitar pack.

I forgot what model it was.

  • hey man.

that is a mean idea dude..i think if you could incorporate this into a hardshell case( the charger) or something it would kick arse. awesome idea anyway man. currently building my own guitar this has been a great inspiration was actually thinking about mounting a wireless in my gat.

    Cheers

  • niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice ;)

  • perfect idea.all in wonder as i understand correctly.what is missing here is:battery life , charging time , transmitter range , and some more tecnical data.

What with other guitar shapes-tele or strato will not stand so perfect.and not last-price.You mentioned shure sistem, it aint cheap-but work well i guess.

  • battery life if 8 hours. 2 Hours to charge dead.

Range depends on system. Mines 150' i dont know how many kilo meters that is. It's different with every instrument.
