I have attempted suicide and ended up in the hospital because I was bullied, because I had no friends, because I was called a fag for being gay. Middle school was brutal because that's where my eating disorder and self-harm started. I never talked to anyone, I was self-conscious, and hated everything about myself.
I'm in grade 11. I met the two most amazing closest friends and I have people who love me. My studies are great.

Do not defend those who are getting bullied, do not condemn those who bully. If you do so, you only make everything worse. What you should do is help them, but only indirectly. Show them how they can build up a strong happy personality, People like that are never bullied and are confident about life.

Iv been bullied my whole life. I moved in with my dad a few years ago and most of it stopped. After 15 years I finally had friends, a girlfriend. And a life. Then a guy from California moved here. In one year he took everything from me. He stole my girlfriend. He's always invited to things that I would be. My best friend left me, I'm failing school. My parents think I'm a failure. I have nothing left. But listening to this song showed me that I need to hold on. No matter how hard it gets.

My friend recently killed herself. Not just due to bullying. When she was in the hospital after being almost beaten to death, her parents walk in and said "They were only trying to beat some sense into you hun." That was the final straw. Once she was released from the hospital, she threw herself off one of the higher buildings near where she lived. RIP Rainbow. We'll always remember you.

I have attempted suicide and ended up in the hospital because I was bullied, because I had no friends, because I was called a fag for being gay. Middle school was brutal because that's where my eating disorder and self-harm started. I never talked to anyone, I was self-conscious, and hated everything about myself.
I'm in grade 11. I met the two most amazing closest friends and I have people who love me. My studies are great.
No matter who you are, you are NOT alone. It does get better.

Do not defend those who are getting bullied, do not condemn those who bully. If you do so, you only make everything worse. What you should do is help them, but only indirectly. Iv been bullied my whole life. I moved in with my dad a few years ago and most of it stopped. After 15 years I finally had friends, a girlfriend. And a life. Then a guy from California moved here. In one year he took everything from me. He stole my girlfriend. He's always invited to things that I would be. My best friend left me, I'm failing school. My parents think I'm a failure. I have nothing left. But listening to this song showed me that I need to hold on. No matter how hard it gets.

My friend recently killed herself. Not just due to bullying. When she was in the hospital after being almost beaten to death, her parents walk in and said "They were only trying to beat some sense into you hun." That was the final straw. Once she was released from the hospital, she threw herself off one of the higher buildings near where she lived. RIP Rainbow. We'll always remember you.

I also have a story to tell about a friend, he now is six feet under becuase of suicide. He cut himself over his wrists miltipule times and died in about 2 -3 hours. His note said he could,nt take the bullying any more the abuse verbal and physical. This happend in 2009 when I was 12 I cried and promised myself to defend people no matter what.
