the grenade that stuck you killed some guy which was the third kill then you got 2 kills with the magnums because when you watch the stick the guy is behind the car not in the spray and since you ran near car the grenade killed him and you got a triple

Yeah he gets two of them with his guns, then the guy who threw the semtex got killed by the semtex blast. You can see "assisted suicide" at the end, that was the semtex killing its thrower.
