I couldn't tell either. I saw this movie on DVD and I can't tell. I Thought it might be a pregnancy test, but I figured that he would be a bit more pissed off. It appears to be just some simple cold medicine or something that doesn't directly matter for the plot.

This doesn't have to do with the above paragraph, I just don't want to do a separate post. This movie has a lot of flaws and is far from being great from a technical standpoint.

BUT, I was entertained by it and would watch it again.
