@NanodroneChannel No I haven't used LSDJ. The interface scares me a little. I was trying to get a copy of Nanoloop for a while... and then I lost interest lol too many hobbies ;) I'm sure I'll come back to it though
that game and that specific level made me realize i was into electronic music... still a favourite of mine to this very day! so i take this comment as a huge compliment. thank you! :)
thank you! it turned out a lot better than I originally thought it would. I have Korg DS-10 as well but haven't posted anything with it yet. Mini KP is super fun. I like experimenting with it by inputting different sound sources. get one!
I say do it! It's all in good fun anyways. And if you manage to create something that sounds half way decent, that's just a bonus. DS can be bought for pretty cheap too esp. if you buy second-hand which I am a big fan of doing.
Really enjoyed that. Nice selection of sounds. I Got Electroplankton when it came out. I think the little pink seed things falling onto the leaves. I may have to run it through the KP3. Im sure that would be fun!
Electroplankton is great for some random generative music creation. But coupled with a KP3, the possibilities are endless! Would love to see you do a video of that one day. Try Korg DS-10 as well... pretty powerful synth considering it's for a handheld gaming device.
Oh wow thanks for the kind comment! I wasn't too happy with the lead line at first, but it's grown on me. I like this combination too. Electroplankton is so awesome. Might try more soon.
Well Kaossilator is a synth while Kaoss Pad is an effects processor. So it's a matter of which need comes first -- creating new rad sounds with basic phrase recording? or manipulating your already made rad sounds even further? Both are great, in my opinion :)
I want to upgrade my mini KP to a KP3 (sampling!)... AND get a MicroKorg actually lol but sadly no funds right now. Soon though!
It's called Electroplankton. It has 10 "mini-games" to choose from. The one I am using is #3 Luminaria. Overall, the software is an interesting concept. It can definitely create unique sounds, some generative music too. Fun stuff!
If you're using the DS, I recommend the Korg DS-10. Definatley one of the best music apps out there on any platform.

@KidKulit LSDJ has a really easy interface, it only takes about an hour to learn :)
Nanoloop is great, I'm buying both 1.5 and 2.3 soon.
I might do a tutorial video for LSDJ if you wanted to try it :)

I liked this a lot! I have a Korg ds and a Kaossilator, but I am really jealous of your mini Kp. I really liked the music. : )

Nice nice! Love to see people making cool music with "relatively" crappy hardware. Dont get me wrong ;)

Yikes...wow...make more videos please!

Wow thank you so much for the request :) I have a few new videos up, but they mostly highlight my microKORG, KP3 and XR-20.
However, I would like to mess around with Electroplankton + Korg DS-10 more. So I'll do my best to post more of those soon. Thanks for watching!

you should record that music and sell it to video game companies

that's nice of you to say! well technically the music being generated from the DS is already in a video game ;)

that is really cool. I want a kaoss pad really bad. If I were to get both, what should i get first the Kaossilator, or the KP?
p.s. kiki, my cat, says thanks.
