  • On May 5 at around 9:30 a.m., several teams of Pima County, Ariz., police officers from at least four different police agencies armed with SWAT gear and an armored personnel carrier raided at least four homes as part of what at the time was described as an investigation into alleged marijuana trafficking. One of those homes belonged to 26-year-old Jose Guerena and his wife, Vanessa Guerena. The couple's 4-year-old son was also in the house at the time. Their 6-year-old son was at school.

    As the

  • The neighboors said they heard no sirens, nor any announcement. Also, these swat scumbags, these pieces of shit that we call officers lied and later admitted that Jose had never shot a single bullet AND his rifle's safety was on.

Cops? Gimmie a break! Their a bunch o racist white boys, their a fucking death squad.

  • Dose this not freak you out people ? why is it in tv and movies they give you this idea you have time to put down the gun if the cop asks you... it seems like cops and civilians live in 2 realities here. we know of only the so called illegal option of thinking we have rights.

"the police do not have to say 'put the gun down' actualy, by USSC and Court of Appeals decison(s) - an armed person need not be pointing the gun at anyone to be a threat." thanks for the only useful paragraph you posted.

  • @DavidLister6000 By whose account?

  • Comment removed

  • The sherriff' office is lying when they say they were making Guerena know about their presence before knocking down the door. They said nothing other than to each other. The only telltale is the stupid cop who activates the car alarm when trying to enter it believing there are somebody inside. How stupid do they think we are. By the way, they didn't have a search warrant only a form which wasn't signed until five days later. Guerena was never convicted before!

  • Soon the US law enforcement will be killing more veterans of the latest wars than the wars themselves. There is something quite wrong with the US legal system. How can the US export democracy, freedom and respect for individual rights if they don't even know how to handle it themselves?

  • That is just sick. Looks more like a DEATH SQUAD than a drug bust. How come the cops only use this tactic, shooting from the way in. Anybody knows that the cops have no way of knowing who is behind the door, whether he is armed or not. And how can they really be so sure as to take the chance? Guerena was innocent and they endangered the lives of his wife and kid. DISGUSTING. It's worse than Russia or any banana republic!!!

  • The fucken warant was signed 4 days later u sheep

  • Fuck the pigs. Bill Cooper was murdered in AZ also

  • What other result should we expect with the militarization of the police.

Dislike all the cops posting justifications for this murder. The "warrant" is code for "justifiable police murder"?

  • Really did he just say bang bang bag before they shot the dude and he was a vet that's not right

  • Thus is so stupid maybe every one should watch what they are doing

  • What a waste of life. From what I hear, they set off flash bang grenades to distract him, then busted the door down, without any prior warning or request to leave the house. What a shitty escalation of force.

  • @John234pwns It's called a "no-knock" warrant. They don't have to announce their arrival.

  • @markspence20xx And that extends to using flashbang grenades?

  • @John234pwns Why are you proffering flash-bangs? Flash-bangs are meant to save lives.

  • @markspence20xx Because they fucking killed him anyway!

  • @John234pwns Something which would did not have to happen had he not chosen the point a loaded M-16 at a heavily-armed SWAT team.

  • @markspence20xx If you were an armed citizen and heard explosions, which sound like grenades you've heard in the military, would you not pick up a rifle and tell your family to hide, exactly like that man did?

  • @John234pwns If someone was outside of my door yelling "police, search warrant" probably not.

  • @markspence20xx After several grenades went off and you're woken from sleep, I don't think you'd be at the top of your game - for that matter, he was woken from his bed. Why would he be near the front door when they started to issue warnings?

  • @markspence20xx The problem is: Posterior statements from the department of the police actually show that there wasn't an M16, actually, there wasn't even a Pistol with the man, the police called it an "accidental misfire on an unarmed target", but my main point is: 60 Shots landed, 71 fired from a team that only needs 3 shots to down someone( scratch that, any civilian that hits a target needs only 3 shots to say "tango down", the SWAT needs even less)

What we need here is an apology.

  • @aroniense21 OK, please show me the statements from the police regarding the Jose Guerena's lack of a weapon.

  • Each and every person on that SWAT team and the departments that aid in the concealment of the crime must be charged and sentenced accordingly. The total time from knocking on the door and the murder of Jose Guerena was only 00:23 seconds. Please make this video viral as it is clear and evident of the law enforcement around the country getting out of hand and thus committing crime. The police are the new crime bosses.

  • @rratsnoradsemaj He pointed a loaded weapon at them. A suboptimal decision.

  • @markspence20xx Question: In the video: Can you see a loaded weapon? The answer is that: Unless you're superman and can see trough video walls, well no.

Now, the whole loaded weapon thing was later discarded by the Sheriff's office, then replaced by a "Misfire" excuse, not only that, but also they actually haven't said anything about it.

    Other thing:

I see at least 4 SWAT members at the door, shooting a total of 71 rounds at an unarmed target, 60 of those rounds hit the target, overkill. Period.

  • @aroniense21 I don't need to see the weapon. The officers entering the house were the ones who saw the weapon.

  • This video alone proves contempt of a criminal act committed by the SWAT team; but, also a conspiracy to cover up and avoid the criminality of this act and now including the abetting in avoiding charges against the participants in this murder. As you may follow the news coverage they all state it took minutes to unfold that led to Jose Guerena's murder. As you can now see they news is also in conspiracy to conceal the crime or in gross ignorance in their ability to report facts or both.

  • 8 seconds later, at time frame 00:41 the American citizen was murdered. The citizen was not allowed time to awake from bed, dress and be awake enough to address the situation. Also, as you can see by the video, the domicile was dark inside and thus from the victims perspective would be blinded by the incoming light and would not be able to identity of the murderers as the SWAT team in Pima County Arizona.

  • @rratsnoradsemaj They announced their presence and the fact that they had a search warrant.

  • Evidence displayed in the YouTube video “Jose Guerena SWAT Raid Video From Helmet Cam” from time frame 00:1800:33 was the initial addressing to the domicile with several attempts of verbal declarations of intent, proceeded by “one” knock at the door “three taps” and the breaking down of the door was a total of only 15 seconds (00:15).

  • I hope these cops all die of cancer!!! A slow painful death!!

  • @arpus9091 I hope they can't live with themselves afterwards and die of depression related illnesses before their 55th birthdays, in agony. I hope their insurance won't pay for antidepressant drugs or therapists. I'm ashamed to share the world with these sacks of s***. Rest in peace, Jose Guerena, and may your wife and kids do well in these very tough times.

  • Just remember there is a higher auhority God almighty that will deal with thoughs who murder the innocent!! vengance is mine sayeth the Lord!! as one of the 10 commandments state by God thou shale not kill!! we live in such a Godless nation of murderes this nation will never be blessed by God for all the blood that was spilled on the innocent!! God will bless thoughs who serve him not nations that murder!!!

  • Unfortunately the shooting was justified as the man pointed a weapon at a cop. What's uncertain is whether they had probable cause for the search warrant to begin with.

  • Holy Fuck, this is in Arizona ... In Iraq these clowns would have had their ass handed to them

  • that is some straight up bullshit the man was sleep and his wife only said that she heard gun shots and he didnt even show up at the door with the ar-15 so there are some really big holes in this story this man has the right to protect himself and his family and they opened fire because one of the officers tripped and they thought he got shot his gun was on safety the whole time and i dont even think they could prove he was involved with drugs so this was just an execution by the police

  • Every time a cop get's killed it's a travesty punished in the harshest ways possible.

Every time a cop kills an innocent it's a justifiable mistake

I guess becoming a cop guarantees that you're a good person who would never make a mistake.

    videosift . com/video/The-Largest-Street-Gang-in-America

  • I say get 40 swat members heavily armed, and 6 soldiers and 6 marines on the otherside. 40 cops vs 12 servicemenber, I guarantee you that thos pigs don't want none of it!!!

  • this looks staged. its fake in a way to cover up the fact that they murder a real who really serves his country.

  • Meanwhile they try to prosecute soldiers for endorsing Ron Paul while in uniform. Why would they want to do that you think? Its because war vets are going to lead the charge to restore our constitutional freedoms.

  • @slawcop "...hear the sheriff yelling police [just like home invasion criminals and cartel assasination squads generally do!]..." "...AFTER the police sound the siren [that sounds like a CAR ALARM!]." Make him think someone is trying to steal his car to ensure he is holding a gun when they perforate him senselessly with lead. Sherrif likely protects the cartel on his turf for retirement enhancement funds! The good Mr. G was a loose end to them. see my other posts.

  • @detaildon exactly! another way to ensure he'd be holding a gun when they perforate him with lead! make it sound like someone is stealing his car! the word is 'corruption'. see my other posts. it was a planned execution that went down exactly as they had planned it. thats why so many shots...they wanted to make damn sure that guy would never speak a word (about their attempt to force draft him into their protection racket, and his refusal)!

  • Semper Fi! RIP brother.

  • WE COME HOME TO POLICE HARASSMENT FUNNY ANIT. THESE COPS LOOK LIKE THEY WHERE LOOKING FOR ACTION. LETS NOT COMPLICATE IT. IT IS WHAT IT IS SIMPLY RECKLESSNESS

  • With dozens of reported "home invasions" in the AZ state alone, why wouldn't he arm himself with a weapon to protect his family?! The reports state that the home invaders look and act just like law enforcement, so how is one suppose to know who is who anymore? The only justice that will come out of this will be the spilled blood of those who originally pulled the triggers. HENCE, why no justice will come out of this...Assumptions these days get people killed... no proof was ever found.

  • So they just walked in and shot him? What the fuck it that bullshit? Where the fuck does this even be close to justified? No announcement, no actual prior reason just "hurrderr its our guy lets go and get him" This is complete and utter bullshit.

  • It should also be known that SWAT Members are trained to be more accurate and efficient with shot utilization and placement, for that many rounds needed to subdue ONE person...thats crazy...

  • As a recent trainee of Special Weapons And Tactics, announcing your presence is not only for legal purposes but also as a tool to gain a psychological edge over the people in the house. And SWAT members do not discriminate, all they know is if a weapon is pointed in their direction, they take out the threat. AGAIN, not taking any side, just providing more information for you to base your judgement on.

  • Looking at this from both points of view, I can see how the man was defending his home. He has every right to do so. But it has to be known that SWAT teams are thoroughly trained to announce themselves upon entering the house. Given the position of the video taken, its not possible to hear if the SWAT members were announcing themselves as the police upon breaching.

  • FUCK THAT. NO EXCUSE

  • As an american soldier, I am so irritated at this bullshit I think we outta prosecute these men and their leaders for fratricide! I see a bunch of non-professionals firing an entire mag into one target, that target which was a friendly. This is unjustified. FYI: the fellow "swat" member tripped after started firing. A complete novice, only to see a gun and initiate firing without saying put the gun down or this is the police. I never heard that once. You boys are a damn disgrace.

  • @TheWildManSlick Excessive force just a touch, certainly enough.

We can clearly hear them yelling /something/, but since the video man is still back in the van when video in use is supposed to be at the point of contact to prevent muddy, easily misconstrued situations as this, you can't really know what happened. Was the guy standing there with a shotgun at the ready when they forced the door?

We don't, and won't, know until the investigation is concluded.

  • @Underwolf69 He had an AR-15

  • @Underwolf69 what investigation? This is being handled internally, and if you think they would do an HONEST investigation, well then just review the transcripts from the Swat team leader. It's Soviet level cleanup, coverup and slander time.

  • @TheWildManSlick

If he had pointed the weapon at the SWAT, he could've fired before they had a chance to order him drop the weapon.

I read somewhere that one should never, never, never point a firearm at another human being - unless he was ready to fire the weapon.

  • @markspence20xx the sad part is, they probably never even saw him, they only started shooting because the shield carrier tripped over. Based on the spread of the bullets fired by the keystone cops, and the fact that it was very dark inside the house coming from the bright outside, meant that their vision would be limited. This is likely what happened, firing wildly without even a target is evidenced in this video several times.

  • @TheWildManSlick what are flashbangs for again?? HINT: it's not meant for partys... i agree so much with you firtsly they dont seem to try to get him alife and for a special tactics team they should be trained enough to make somebody incapable of fighting within 2-3 shots... but arent they called to catch somebody with the less damage possible?? so i think i made my opinion...

  • @TheWildManSlick the police do not have to say 'put the gun down' actualy, by USSC and Court of Appeals decison(s) - an armed person need not be pointing the gun at anyone to be a threat.

Sad situation, Jose was linking to running drugs, had in his possession a stolen shotgun, body armor and an assault rifle, he was armed and was shot. You should look up his criminal history.

  • @DavidLister6000 sir you are clearly bias in this matter are you in law enforcement trying to do damage control ?

  • @DavidL You're argument is baseless. They also failed to announce who they were! I've done some following up, and I didn't see any convictions presented in the November case which is still on-going; I also researched that there was nothing illegal found in his home. [Huffington Post and Arizona Star 2011] Sure, there was little suspicous activity but NOT convicted. They shot him 23 times. There was a proposed settlement for 20 mil, but that did not occur. Now, you do your research bud. cheers

  • C'est honteux ! J'ai honte ! Si j'étais américain j'aurais honte de mon pays

  • This is what our country gives our vets when they know too much huh? Well I for one am getting damn sick and tired of the killings and them being covered up by excuses and politics, I hope this marine's family sues the hell out of them!!!!!!!!

  • They owed him the world for putting his life on the line in combat. and when he comes home they shit on him. They owe his family the world. what he was probably trying to give them. All of them should be fired ever their superiors for taking too long to do SO.

  • @allchat1965 You're a fucking idiot. You make it look like vets should be praised and never convicted and should be treated with gentle hands. Apparently you didn't hear about the Marine that went on a killing spree killing around 7 homeless men in LA. But hey, treat him kindly, he's a vet.

  • @allchat1965 What's so taboo about knowing a lot of truth? Fuck the Government, they want us to be their slave monkeys! They want us to do what they want! Fuck that, we are free souls!

  • @MrBladeCrash I hear that too, but the fact remains that needed to yell it louder and not open fire the moment they see a man with a gun. Why didn't they hide behind the door and call out to him? Why do the police shoot first and ask questions later? This man had his gun on safety so don't the police do the same?

  • This looks more like a professional hit than a raid. Welcome to the Police State.

  • Comment removed

  • For there only being one man in the house, firing 71 rounds is extreme. And I agree, the police car sounded like a fire alarm, and they did a poor job at announcing themselves. This SWAT team lacks in their responsibilities.

  • Why were the Prohibition Police there in the first place?

Was he cutting in on Glaxo Smith Clines business or was it Pfizer?

Where is the evidence for probable cause?

Did you know that the number three cause of death in the US is... Medicine?

    Google it.

  • absolutley upseting...shame on the sherrif dept. how could you murder a us marine? no excuse in my book. theres nothing you can say that justifies what you did deputies. shame on you; a marine? disohoner on you.

  • @joshdrobny says he can hear the declare they are Police as well as other viewer. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The way as I was trained. You were told to YELL it LOUDLY, CLEARLY and DISTINCTLY. MULTIPLE times. It is probably one of the few things that Hollywood gets exactly right. I am sorry I just do not see it in this situation. There are a lot better scenarios for a take down of this Veteran, if he was as bad as they claim.

  • If Law Enforcement wants you in a body bag they invade your home in surprise; if they need you alive they catch you open handed & outside?

  • @dujaa74 sure seems like it.

  • There is more going on in this country than you all realize people about our system!!!

there is no doubt that there is very much corruption in our society of law enforcement as well even the hospitals that we are all use to going to only to find out that the people we all are to put our trust in only in turn try to litterally silence us by any means even by DEATH!!! & if you are one that thinks no this could not happen in america then you are only fooling yourself & are so nieve & gullable!!!

  • @ekpp60 Not to burst your bubble or anything, I would be naive and gullible if I took your word for it.

  • @ekpp60 FEMA has almost 100 concentration camps set up and Congress recently passed a law that says the military can arrest any American citizen without a warrant and hold them indefinately without charges or legal representation. Sounds a lot like the Nazi SS to me.

  • @donell101 yap your so right...

  • This is fucked up when something like this happens Fucking police they should really admit they fucked up bad on this is a sign of untrained trigger happy idiots fuck this is just fucked up

  • Comment removed

  • so, i didnt watch the video, i wanted to see what it sounded like to kinda get an idea of what he might have thought. first off i heard loud banging , then the alarm which sounded like a car alarm so maybe he thought they were breaking into his car, and then you hear more banging which was a flash bang so maybe he thought they were breaking into his house. and on top of it all they never said POLICE POLICE. i wish he would have had time to put a round in a swat pigs helmet.

  • You must be one of those Nazi scum cops who think you can get away with anything.

  • You ask how he could have known it was the police. 1)sound of police sirens blaring in his front yard 2) the sight of a marked police vehicle 3) sight of identifiable armed law enforcement officers 4) the sound of said LEOs repeatedly yelling "Police, Search Warrant!" before entry.

Serving warrants has become very dangerous for LEOs and they counter that threat by using SWAT. Especially when a weapon is suspected. A search warrant authorized by a judge so no infringement of his 4th amendmnt

  • @rjl2001 That siren sounds nothing like a police siren iv ever herd, how do you know the car was marked? I supose he just has super human vision and can see through walls that there are men in police outfits at his door. They also had no reason to search the house, there were no drugs or anything illegal found, they also let him lay bleeding out on the ground for a HOUR! His weapon was on safe, he was only trying to protect his family

  • @rjl2001 Those didnt sound like police sirens, and i supose he can just see through walls to? Did you ever hear then say POLICE? And they had no reason to open fire. Plus they let him sit on the ground bleeding out for an hour. He obvously lives in a dangerous neighborhood, he probably thought it was the drug cartel or a gang, since they do disguise themselves as police, he was trying to protect his family, he did his duty to this country and this is how we repay him?

  • Why did they need the SWAT team to serve a warrant?! How about a patrol officer or detective to knock on the door. He had a family there. SWAT is supposed to be used as a last resort in hostage situations.

  • Comment removed

  • This is the result of a narrow minded police force. The first thing i thought while i read an article on this was, why didnt they just send a squad car to his work and pick him up there? How about on his way to work or home from work? How about anything but the most heavy handed way it could have been done. Its like they expected or wanted to shoot him.

  • at 0:49 it looks like one officer was down and trying to crawl away with a riot shield? or was he just scared shitless?

  • Its cuz he's Mexican and all Mexicans r involved in drug trafficking that's what those fuckin retarded wannabe swat was thinking. If it was he was Caucasian it would have been different.

  • @raiders14713 you re a fu#@ing idiot. It wasnt because he was Mexican. Stop using the minority excuse for everything bad. He was a American US Marine veteran, and thats all. An American hero because he did his time. Which I am guessing you didnt serve your country.

  • @paulosantos0922

No dipshit, he was never part of any gang and never committed any crime. Do your research.

  • Wtf?!?! They were all just trying to turkey peak in and get a fucking shot off!!! Search warrant? No! Execution....

  • Get ready ppl... these friendly cops will be at your doors soon to get you to pay for your over due credit card bills or mortgage payments... A SIMPLE PHONE CALL INTO THE HOUSE WOULD HAVE AVOIDED ANY DEATH HERE.... or was it the plan from the begining? we'll never know...

  • Why not wait until he came out of the house to arrest him or question him? Those 70+ shots could have hit his wife or children! I don't know what information they had for a judge to issue a warrant, maybe that part was justified. But this could have been done in so many different ways that wouldn't have had to end in a tragic loss of life. What protection do we, as citizens have against this? And so much for the NRA saying to protect yourself with a gun, look how that worked out.

  • Was the suppressive fire necessary?

  • People better start waking the F up! This shit is become like Nazi Germany. The Government is corrupted to the highest degree, cops marching around in paramilitary garb, shooting American citizens left and right. They're coming for everyones guns next! Obama and the rest of these gun grabbing anti- Constitutional nut jobs running our country, are incrementally destroying our civil liberties, look at the most recent... Senate passes the indefinite detention bill, against US citizens, no trial

  • I am still wondering why there was a raid at this marines house, What was he a fuck'in drug lord or something. Jesus these damn police; they are getting more unprofessional by the minuet. There should be a mandatory training to prevent bullshit like this, I mean come on.

  • As of right now, this guy is innocent. SWAT should've handled this differently, especially with a veteran... Was the raid really necessary, couldn't they have done something else instead? I don't know much about how any of this works but to me it seems a bit extreme. Weren't his kids and wife in there too?

  • Why was this a SWAT raid in the first place? Their is a severe lack of evidence that would call for a raid of this nature. They should have knocked and waited for him to come out, not try and take them out by force. There was a kid in the house!! This is some unprofessional bullshit.

  • @mjg5110 Exactly.

  • THEY ALL NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE & TRYED FOR MURDER!!! IN A MILITARY TRIBUNAL COURT OF LAW!!!!!

  • everyone's a hoodrat

  • Kill a man who would of died for your freedoms for doings what any real man would do. Want to protect his family. RIP brother, Semper Fi.

  • Zero discipline at the "O.K. to Fire Corral"!

    Semper Fi brother, R.I.P.

  • idiots.

  • horrible use of power

  • Thugs with Badges.

    Nothing new (unfortunately).

  • Cockfinder69, whatever, troll. Your name suits you perfectly

  • Those disgusting pigs should all be hanged! Why were they even there? If that had been my home I would be dead as well because I would have been armed and prepared to defend my family also. Police are the catalyst for destruction and EVERY single one of them should be required to wear a recording device on them 24/7 on or off duty. If this had not been captured on video it would not be news and yet again there would be a faceless victim of our men in blue. Remember Kelly Thomas? We all should.

  • This video makes me want to plant toe poppers throughout my yard.

  • sardawg99 maybe its just me, but that last shot should be reason enough for a full on investigation. its quite obvious that this incident, the treatment of ows protesters and many others within the last few months show that our great country is slowly turning into a police state. Maybe George Orwell really was trying to tell us something when he wrote 1984.

  • this is appauling and disgusting

  • This is just completely fucked.

  • Semper Fidelis my friend...

  • Comment removed

  • Outside of the siren, which to me sounded more like a car alarm too me. I did not even here the announce themselves as POLICE. No announcement of them having a warrant to search the premises. This goes against every procedure I was every taught. Also no one ever covered any other entrances. No one did anything to ensure the safety of the child which they had to know about. If they had the residence under observation as claimed.

  • @senorquake i heard them say it. its quiet though

  • @senorquake The purpose of this "raid" was to take this man's life. Why? It will come out in the end, but this was an premeditated murder.

  • arm yourselves theres a war coming that they wont be able to stop

  • This is the most non-professional thing I've ever seen. This is sad.

  • Not to mention he was a 2 tour Iraq war vet

  • Not to mention the man they killed was a 2 tour Iraq war vet

  • This is what happens when a country militarizes its police forces. Every routine arrest becomes a military mission with SWAT teams, riot gear and automatic weapons. Sooner or later, a military battle breaks out with bad results.

  • Kill em Johnny, Kill em all (the cops, that is)

  • How's the war on drugs working out for you?

  • We weren't even ALLOWED to clear KNOWN enemy combatants houses like this in Iraq! Absolutely a violation of this man's rights to defend his own home from the unknowns busting down the door! To protect my family I would have done the same except my weapon would not have been on safe!

  • Something very wrong here. Glad it was leaked. Where is the justice?

  • I think Castle Law should apply here! How would you react to someone breaking into your home????

  • We're outraged because we're seeing a violation of American principles by the worst violators possible. Just today in congress, they are trying to pass a bill where the president can indefinitely detain US citizens and trial them by military tribunal.

Maybe Jose was involved in drugs, maybe he was a terrorist or a gang member or a pimp, or someone completely innocent. Either way, we don't know for sure until there's a public trial, so why arrest him in a manner where he's likely to die?

  • Urban black people have known for the longest time the pigs are not your friend. You'd have to be plain dumb to live in the ghetto and not know that. White people in America need to snap out of their delusion and wake up to the snow job of lies they've been fed that the police and the military are their friend. All it takes is one appearance in the lowest court, traffic court, to confirm, the asshole country you live in is not your friend. If that isn't enough, try a visit to county jail.

  • Look up "Sneak and Peak Warrant" on Wikipedia. The ASSHOLE US government thugs don't even think they need to knock before breaking into your house and stealing shit at 3am when everyone is sleeping. 4,000 homes are busted in without a knock at all last year. The American people need to start returning fire, plain and simple. A pig pulls you over, return fire, or turn your car around to ram him. Two pig cop cars zoom up to your house, be ready with belt fed supressive fire power.

  • Yo that's some dumb move from the swat team there all getting fired for this

  • Who can the sheriff's department even try and defend this??? Their statements indicate they clearly informed who they were and that they were entering and in english and spanish... perhaps but they were hanging around the front of the house like a bunch of hoodlums, it was clear they were not taking the raid seriously and i am sure there are a ton of sop's being ignored.

  • I'm really disappointed.

  • Wow,that's so fucked.

  • Wow what a complete lack of training or knowledge. As a fellow Marine Veteran and 2 time Iraq Veteran, that is not at all the tactics used to clear. Especially the cowboy who ran up and just started popping off rounds guess he thought "O hey i get to shoot my gun woohoo this is fun!" Semper Fidelis Devil Dog!

  • @benjumper07 Exactly what I was thinking. At :44 the guy isn't even near the door. He jumps back, whips pistol out while staggering, runs up, shoots blindly, randomly, carelessly into the house while his pistol is right beside fellow officer's heads. How trigger happy can someone get..

  • how sad , lack of training (you mean all this tax money i pay and they can even train them right) WTF i think every cop should have military training! i forgot all they have is secutity gard training and they move them right up to swat what a joke.

  • fuck the police

  • Every last motherfucker that had something to do with it

  • @haze1785

"No tactics"......absolutely correct. That was a horrible example of initial entrance into a house. Anyone else in the military can tell you that. Oh, and to the douche bag cop who came from behind to shoot; you're lucky you didn't shoot one of your guys in the back of the head. Or, should I say he's lucky. Should be fired.

  • The article can be found on google at Sedro Woolley Police shoot armed robery suspect.

  • and if you think my comments are extreme my father-in-law is a sheriffs deputy and 2 of his guys shot a guy dead in my back yard 2 years ago after he robbed an espresso stand and then tried to gain entry to a house next to mine. I support Police and Sheriff's Deputy's to the core.

  • There is absolutely no tactics involved in this raid. To bad the Marine didn't have a hand grenade. Where was the stack? The announcement of POLICE was not loud enough. That whole team needs to be relieved from the force. The one Swat officer who ran up just to shoot into the house needs to be taken off the force and thrown in jail for his reckless actions.

Semper Fi Brother. Rest in Peace.

  • I have a bone to pick with those Faggots ( swat ) back in 99 I was in hand cuffs and leg cuffs and laying face down on the floor when this swat maggot came in and did 10 knee drops on my back ! Of course they don't wear an I.D. Badge so you get their number. I invited the maggot to get into the partrol car with because I was gonna rip his head off . He was a coward . If I ever lay eyes on his coward azz swat will have one member on their team ( Wash. D.C. ). I just hope he wasn't a Marine

  • @B4BoomersBlockBoy7 : Correction, so you can't get their number !

  • @B4BoomersBlockBoy7 : Another typo correction: meant to say, swat will have one less member on their team. I'm so pissed about this whole thing they did to a Brother Marine and what they did to me that i'm not thinking straight , Just seeing Red right now ! The World Does Not Need To Have Just One Pissed Off Marine - Trust Me !!!

  • You can argue either way on this one but being a veteran myself and after seeing this video I’d have to say I am embarrassed. You can hear them identify themselves, but the piling into the doorway like that is extremely armature and dangerous. Secondly I have never engaged a single combatant with that many rounds. It’s unnecessary and unprofessional.

  • "Rest easy, sleep well"

  • Let me make this brief. Seeing that only 22 of 71 shots were confirmed hits from these undertrained gurrued CREATURED freaks of nature. I can guarantee one thing, if this MARINE; as I was, if any MARINE were to come to the hatch with his rifle presented to his target with the intent to cause harm which swat supposedly claimed. I can ASSURE you that the MARINE would not be the only one reporting to heaven SEMPER fI! Brother

  • Go to other countries and fight for a corrupted system, then get killed by others that are fighting for the same corrupted system at home.

What a great deal we're offered.

    Fight the corrupted system instead.

    Occupy!

  • Amateur assholes killed a real American hero! Im a Marine and a former cop and assholes like this who think theyre cool carrying "ARs" is the exact reason I quit! I would trust these idiots with broomsticks yet they think theyre "paramilitary" because they wear a shield! Im discusted they should all be charged with murder!

  • this is fucking bullshit, fuck cops they're disrespectful assholes who couldnt make it in the military so they bully around innocent americans and bend the law for themselves. DO NOT FUCK WITH US MARINES. Put all of those swat team pussies infront of marines i bet they'll all be dead with one shot.

  • @rufus819 STFU! Most cops are vets. Many were marines.

  • @JBigjake lick my asshole obviously you haven't seen that 80% of police in this country are obese lazy hogs that sure as hell never would cut it in the military and look at this video these swat guys look like they got their training playing call of duty. Rules of engagement obviously these scumbags don't know them. If you really were a vet it'd anger you too that this guy had to constantly look over his back in country but isn't safe in the comfort in his own home.

  • What a bunch of fucking idiots. Killing a marine that fought for our country. That hole SWAT team needs to die. A bunch of dumb fucks that cant do their job right. Then they shoot him 60 times. Fuck the SWAT USMC all the way. Atleast Marines do their job right.

  • Even if they did knock and yell police and the Marine still did not come to the door, there should have been an attempt to communicate with him. He represented no imminent threat to anybody. I'm a former Marine and sleep with my glock right by my pillow. If my door comes flying open in the morning then the person coming in will have the barrel in their face. Just stupid and immature on the part of this poorly trained trigger happy SWAT team.

  • Very sad that a marine veteran is down because he defended his family, according to his wife. I demand a congressional investigation of this incident, and may the Tuczon SWAT police be held accountable one day.

  • Every one of those cops should be tried for murder.
