All you've done is say the same thing over and over, that depression doesn't matter, wich it does, and that suicide is murder, wich it isn't. Murder is the unlawful killing of one person by another person, especially with premeditated malice. So, as any intelligent person can see, suicide unquestionably DOES NOT fit the definition...

People who die by suicide are trying to stop their pain. There is NO criminal component to suicide. Period. Next, the word “murder” implies a very evil intent to bring the most severe harm imaginable upon another person. But with suicide there is NO evil intent and NO desire to bring harm upon another person.

@MrMatthewRice suicide technically is a crime since it is illegal to attempt. if an attempt is failed they wont go to jail but might face court mandated therapy. Also the Bible states that a person is not to kill himself and have faith in God. But it is also a sin to judge others and disrespect the dead by doing so. God only can judge what should happen to those who commit suicide because only god knows what really was going on. Everyone on earth sins but not everyone is going to hell.

The American Medical Association, and the American Psychiatric Association have, through scientific measures, figured out what is going on in the heads of people with suicidal thoughts, hence why they call it a mental illness, illness means it can be treated. So I tend to listen to people of SCIENCE, not FAITH.

it's such a shame to what had happened to these two young boys who had their lives ahead of them, but it all ended by these young boys taking their own lives because they were being bullied on being gay. I wonder how the students that bullied can sleep at night know their words hurt the person they bullied.
