  • ... he is doing like its nothing...

  • Whats the name of the first song?

  • Nice, but let me give you another way to learn electronic music: You just need to listen with attention the professionnal track and try to dissect each part of the song. Many big artists use Sylenth1 as a great synth. You can find on my channel the latest hot track from electronic music world !

  • GREAT VIDEO !

    T.H.A.K.S. ! :-)

  • what DAW are you using, is that cubase..

  • hij heeft ook Nederlandse naam!

  • hij komt uit nederland hoor je aan zn accent xd

  • Why do so many people think it an SL MKII in the year 2007? You can make a comparison between MKI and MKII

  • Where can l get the sylenth from lve looked everywhere

  • @TheMembraine it is even for free but some modules does not work in free version

  • @TheMembraine you could find it everywhere

  • your name is WHAT!!

  • preset 021 unichord :)

  • baaaaaaaaaas

  • He likes doing that filter sweep, doesn't he?

  • 1:38 -- Sweet dreams must be made of this.

  • what's the name of the preset in 3:49?

  • @Smashcla Dominator

  • @Smashcla

    Probably hoover synth

  • Ýou guys below me forget that there is difference in the sound engine used by each program. Cubase sounds better(clearer/cleaner/input=output) than reason for example.

  • Logic Pro 9 is better than FL Studio!!!

  • @mw2king89 maybe for you, all DAW programs do the same job but look different.

  • @DJJouls I totaly agree. It's not important wich program, but how you use the program

  • @DJJouls agree... that's more... what do u do, and not, what do u use ;)

  • @mw2king89

    nope :D

  • Lush !!

  • haha!! 3:50 Love his face... like he's saying "Tiesto, suck my balls..." LOL

  • @skyybeto this sound... -> DOMINATOR 2.0 - AMFM ALEXANDER & DJ N8

  • sylenth1 is used by so many popular producers you cant count

  • 3:49 Aoki - WARP

  • what you can do with sylenth1:

    /watch?v=OvaSdNSAToE

  • hey lennardigital i didnt buy sylenth1 but i donwload demo and register it and i get full version sylenth1

  • there are preset sounds yes?

  • OMG Bloody B sound!!

  • Nice !

  • i wonder, is this sylenth 1 a 64bit plugin ore 32bit? my vst bridge in cubase5 is already tripping enough whit just a few 32bit plugs..

  • @cefrio There are 2 versions, Í´m also using cubase and i got the 32bit version.

It´s great, I have a Virus but I seldom use it since I got Sylenth1.

  • @AddictiveRhythm can i PLEASE HAVE YOUR VIRUS

  • FL Studio! =D

Sylenth1 and FL Studio is a great combination ;)

  • lol @ this arguement between Sylenth and Nexus.

Nexus is just a bloody huge sample library, with tiny aspects of a synth.

Sylenth is an actual synth. Just because you idiots produce with your sample and loop librarys and cant be bothered taking the time to program your own synth. I suggest you learn, you won't regret it. Trust me. even if you download Sylenth and use Presets, look at what how the presets were actually made, play around with the Presets, tweak them. and remake them yourself.

  • @Doctargh if only nexus was capable with putting in ur own samples like most soft samplers then i would use it though

1 thing for sure nexus sounds are ace though but i don't bother to use it XD prefer a soft synth to make own sounds

  • well.. REFX NEXUS is the best FUCK THE REST :D .. it s also the most expensive

  • @StationZeroOne You are comparing a romplayer with a synth... It's like comparing a bike and a plane.. Yes they are both ways of transportation but how they work is very different...

  • @icedice6969 I dont care... REFX NEXUS IS STILL THE BEST by the way... REFX NEXUS is a sample player with outlines of synthesizers

  • @StationZeroOne Co-Sign Nexus is the FUCKING BEST...........thats all u need........i make my own sound with NEXUS

  • dude what key your using

  • @miekmuse1exploit its Novation 61 SL mk II - its really good

  • sacate la papa de la boca jajajaja

    FL POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Spacey Sounds !

And thats , why i use it for making psytrance ! :)

  • lol...... fruity loops! I hate that program (please dont respond if you think fl is awesome. I dont care about your opinion frankly. everyone has a preference.

  • GAAAAAAAAY!!!!!

  • Grote fan van Jeroen! Hij weet nog echt dat vette technogevoel in zijn tracks te leggen. Ook hier weer coole sounds!

  • capo

  • Trance On Jeroen ?

  • Comment removed

  • Is that Hoover a preset on Sylenth?

  • @psydef HardStyleSaw is pretty close, ,just put a pitch envelope on it.

  • Please finish the first track! I need it!!!

  • WTF was that hoover!

    wowsers!

  • umm that song he was playing was Phat!! haha

  • @EmKorg, it is a Novation 61 SL mkII, great controller and nice software for controller mapping, too... take a look...

  • @jeevespreston Thanks for the info, I was looking for it also and I would never know if you wouldn't tell but it's the mkI actually. You can see that it has two screens instead of 1 (as in the mkII) the rotary faders are bigger and the drum pads are grey while there are black in the mkII.

  • @ecuodin Novation 61SL Mk I

  • Sylenth is an absolute must. I been using it in my setup for quiet a while now.

What MIDI controller is that ???

  • I used to doubt Soft Synths, but this Sylenth synthesizer is sounding damn good to my ears, even compared to the older fatter analogues.

  • follow me on twitter @WayneMayers

  • imo sylenth1 needs oscillator sync, pwm, sub oscillators, more modulation options, ring mod, and cross mod to be called a complete synth. yeah you can do a lot of virus-like sounds with it, but it's not as versatile. it is cheap though and sounds good, but then again ACE is even cheaper and has a lot more options and sounds better imo. it doesn't do unison spread though so its no replacement for sylenth1.

  • fat ass

  • what uit nederland?

  • i just bought it. it's freakin' awesome!

  • of course you will buy it.... with the p2p mastercard; btw the dj in the video talks too much

  • sylenth1 has got me in a pickle. i listened to this and then checked out the demo. it shouldnt be this good, because on paper it seems quite basic.... yet its freaking awesome. do i buy it ?? ? ?

  • fl studio???

  • fl owns :)

  • @jarooFLtutor lol fl is a joke now days

  • @fstball4110 Tell that to the 75% of the pop songs that you hear on the radio that were made in FL studio. I bet you your favorite beat was made in FL studio.

  • @boygenius215 Well thats just not true. Fl studio is a nice program, but it doesn't have anywhere near the capabillities that the higher end DAWs have. Its like a bicycle and a car. The bike wil get you there, but the car is must faster and can do some really cool stuff. Of course the bike can sometimes be usefull, so its nice to have it in the shed.

  • @Speakersoxx Well, Laidback Luke uses Fruity Loops and his productions aren't anyway similar to a bike

  • @ecuodin I wasnt talking about an actual bike, it was an analogy. Laidback Luke might use fl studio as a scetchbook, but the actual production of his tracks is almost certainly done in Pro Tools. Michael Schumacher might drive a Fiat Punto to do his shopping, but he won't take it round Silverstone. (thats another analogy).

  • @Speakersoxx I obviously stated FL is a very capable DAW. We get it, you can make analogies, hi5. you should consider people can understand them and don't agree with you but that may take you a little longer.

  • @ecuodin Since you said Laidback Luke's productions werent very bike-like, where as I was talking about the production process rather then the finnished product, I assumed you hadn't understood me. I do apologise, I had no intention of insulting you. Still, my point stands. Fruity Loops is a very capable DAW, it's not the go to program for serious production. It wasn't made for that. It's aimed at low budget amateurs, for whom it is absolutely brilliant.I love fl, but not as much as Ableton Live

  • excellent

  • Fat sound XD And i heef a little beetje of a nederlands eksent.

  • how did you program with the midi keybord

  • i wonder that 2 Oo!

  • shit looks like a novation keyboard check them out they are bad ass but a little too expensive

  • also, i do this with my m audio axiom, good intermediate controller keyboard, also has touch pads. this is also pretty easy you just tell the program what button or knob to use for a parameter.

  • cool tx ;)

  • FL Studio!!

  • MUTOOLS MU.LAB 3

  • nexus!!!!

  • this guy is amazing.

  • Your Tune at 4:08 seconds, its nice man!

whats it called? you got myspacE? :)

  • Secret Cinema - Saccades

  • does Sylenth1 works with logic??

  • Ya this would be nice to know

  • yes it is also available as an AU

  • Yes. :)

  • yea its available in format AU

  • wich controller do you use? I cannot really recognize it. really cool stuff by the way

  • The controller is the Novation ReMOTE 61 SL.

  • Novation Remote 61SL.

  • FL Studio!!

  • very nice:P

looks like a damn nice studio..

  • anyone know what the name of the very first song is? Did he end up releasing this track?

  • what is the patch at 3:49, I can't find it on the default patches

  • its called dominator

  • Dutch producers are the best :D

  • you are a monster! compliment good sound

  • Nexus is just a bunch of phat presets, with few editing capability options while sylenth is a full synthesizer

  • But to its credit, Nexus has some quality presets.

  • nexus suck

  • you suck, cause you dont know how to use it...

  • "ok" :p

  • There's not really much to "use."

    1. Open Nexus

    2. Load Preset

    3. WHOA THAT WAS TOUGH TIME FOR A LEMONADE BREAK

  • Im very impressed with the demos so far. Top notch sounds. I wonder how this compares to the NEXUS?

  • The Sylenth1 is an actual synthesizer, where as nexus is sample based. Nexus is really just a glorified sampler, if you want your own sound, go for the Sylenth1 :) Any software that is being compared to an Access Virus is worth a look!

  • @joshlang1 it doesnt matter whether its sample based or not. Just use whats sounds nice.

    Use nexus and sylenth together.

    These plugin wars annoy me

  • There are new Sylenth skins available now on KVR. Look in the Lennar Digital forum.

  • ok.. I already downloaded. It's not bad.

  • already? :p i think you are pretty late man xD

  • Could you recommend to me some good VSTI synth ?

  • Native Instrument got alot of good vsti's :)

  • It's really great stuff, with a great analog feel.

Anyone know some analog synths that have the same presets/sounds? I'd love to buy one like that..

  • z3ta synth

    jeroen verhey ...great tutorial

and a mc beth ...in the back ground

  • why are you so stress?

  • What is the Song called in the end?

  • Lol je hoort echt dat je nederlands bent he .. :P

  • wou k net zeggen xD

  • what's the model of that midi keyboard? can u tell me in private message too?!

    thanks

  • Ok, I found the keyboard:

    Novation ReMOTE SL 61

That's an incredible keyboard 'cause it has automapping for a lot of synths and other VSTs but sometimes this option does not work as well as we would. In fact I've read about problems with "automap". Anyway that midi keyboard is good. I suggest a classic edirol prc 800 if you have not so many money to spend. The Edirol has the "dynamic mapping".

  • How does he get the drums to sound in the 1st track. What drum machine is he using

  • Read about synths and just try to use Sylenth. It's really easy to use. I've read the manual and now I learnt how to use it. :P

Anyway I suggest to try and try :)

  • QUESTION??? Is The Sylenth Multi-timbral?

  • No, it's not, just load multiple instances.

Try the Demo, it really sounds awesome.

  • Is It A Resource Hog??? Ex.: I Have A Windows XP Home Edition With Say Kontakt2 As A Primary VST, I Can Load About 15 Instruments Until CPU Startz Spikin'...

  • No, it's opposite of a resource hog. I think I can run 10 Sylenth1's or more on my 2 gig Dualcore laptop. Only samplers and things like Hypercanvas are multitimbral in VST world. Just download the Sylenth1 demo and see for yourself.

  • Aiight, Thanx Alot!

  • Hi Jeroen.

What is the name / album of the last piece you demo in the clip?

    And the Sylenth1 patch name/number?

    Mike.

  • The track is called Saccades and the patch is a modified version of ARP UniMinor (21)

  • Hallo Jeroen,

  • TOP SYNTH!!!

  • Definitly the best vst synth out there to quickly create fat sounds of now!!

  • is the laptop Toshiba??

    10x

  • Blijft toch een van de dikste Vsti synths die er verkrijbaar zijn, hulde daarvoor Lennard!!

edit: heb er nog steeds de knaken niet voor helaas ;)
