This song was written by Michael Marra who is a Dundonian. The song is about sectarianism in Glasgow and the inescapable inevitability that goes along with it. It's not a song promoting Glasgow. I think the sentimentality of the music leads to the belief it's pro Glasgow.
Kinda puts a bummer on it. Still, the photos are fab and Glasgow is a truely vibrant, cultural, worthy second city of the empire.
