Cook the bacon in the microwave oven. Less mess and so easy. They also come out nice and flat to. It's the only way I ever cook bacon. Try it sometime.

I just made these following your recipe. The eggs were overcooked. Think of an egg out of an egg McMuffin... thats how cooked it was after only 13 mins in the oven at 400f.

I suggest lowering the temp or cooking time for better results.

I would have done the same thing but I would have taken out the yolk and made deviled egg stuff for in the middle and all you need is egg yolks mayo, paprika, optional>(and a drop of lemon juice) just mix the yolk, mayo, (and lemon juice) then put it on a dash of paprika. :)
