  • @manwithnouthingtodo my mom worked at mcdonalds and would always bring those home....good times...

  • BEAN SUCKED A55.. Because they got a BUNCH of UNFUNNY US "Comedians" A55H0l35 who zapped the FUNNY OUT OF THE MOVIE.. They DID NOT ALLOW HIS CHARACTER DO HIS THING.. Mr, Bean's Vacation is a way better movie. It was simply Hilarious.. Why??, because HE DID HIS THING without interruptions from UNFUNNY PEOPLE who think they are FUNNY,,,

  • I have that same Zombi 2 poster :P

  • What a weak ass collection

  • That's quite the porn collection. Don't you spot his trick? Every VHS tape except for the one shown at the beginning is porn but with a decoy case.

  • PORN ! lol.

  • p.s blu ray sucks

  • I still buy vhs's because some stuff is not even on dvd. Yea, I can probably download it, but that doesn't cut it for me. There's nothing like having a killer collection of vhs's and dvd's.

VHS and DVD for the win!!!

  • uk tapes will work on an american vcr right

  • i ll never sell my vhs collection those are cheap as hell do the job , and , dont break unless the damn vcr eats it lol

  • When I was a kid, I thought it was so cool that the Nickelodeon tapes were orange lol

  • Great Zombi 2 poster :D

  • @lukescollections. You don't have to be four to like something. If he likes it, he can buy it. There's nothing wrong with watching "The Care Bears," but you guys make it out to be some sin. If you like it, watch it. No problem there.

  • dode ur awesome ;)

  • Wennie the pooh? Dude?

  • @Vendettare1. Those films are nothing but classics! You don't have to be three to like them. Some stuff stays with you. I still watch that, "Arthur," "The Berenstain Bears," etc. Aside from being children shows, they're good, well made programs.

  • Chip-Wrecked comes out on a holiday

  • I see Weeboh.

  • dude... my parents recorded pee wee for me, too. i still have all of the tapes and love going back and watching them with the commercials. some of them were taped from the short-lived fox family channel when it first began airing, so they had bumpers explaining the transition from the old family channel. it's really interesting.

  • My favorite VHS tapes of all time are The Jungle Book 1991 VHS and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs 1994 VHS! I LOVE VHS!!!!

  • they had laser disc thoe

  • dvd only want the big his movie on dvd

  • i have a load of vhs tapes...

i know almost everyone forgot about vhs but i love em...

i have several dvd's though which i play on my ps3... but mostly i just buy more vhs tapes... like whenever i go to a garage sale or thrift store lol :P

and whenever i wanna watch a new movie i rarely ever buy the dvd... i just go to the theatres or watch it online (lol hooray for bootleg) i dont have many dvd's though :/

  • THE HEAD!!!

  • Miss the Basement

  • 13:06 PORN alert lol

  • VHS tapes kick ass. They will last longer than DVD. Dvd's get scratched up too easy!

  • I had that Terrific Trips VHS when they went to the Amusement Park! I was always pissed that half the tape consisted of going to the farm.

  • is that yellow thing the thing from flubber?

  • @HellaReckless yes it is

  • I used to have one of those Snick tapes, but it just vanished from my apartment one day.

  • i'm also a collector of movies (and not for market worth, but personal worth) and i love your collection! It's nice to see a nice collection of strange and unique things. On the Cronos criterion dvd, Guillermo Del Toro talks about his collection of books and movies and I figured somehow you might enjoy. It's good to see people have things like this still.

  • OMG THE JERKY BOYS!! I LOVE THAT MOVIE!! :DD :3

  • Was glad to see "The Secret Garden" there - that's a classic!

  • HOLY GOD DUDE - MAPLE TOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been trying to remember the name of that show for years! I loved it so much! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • dude that was an epic nostalgia trip for me!

  • I just started recollecting all the VHS tapes I had as a kid. This helped me out a lot, thanks!

  • no rude intentions, but you seem to treat a lot of these fragile

    VHS tapes quite roughly.

  • I love old VHS's ! I just feel that they are special because of something. I feel proud for having over 200 tapes.

  • this is VERY cool !

  • how many seasons does gossebumps have and thank you for youer movie videos i am a 80's fan to

  • Yeah i like that sound also, You have a great collection of film in general coolduder. I just received a pretty cool big box vhs in the mail called Devils Playground...its a crazy horror porn from Greece.

  • love this video shawn awesome collection!!!!!

  • As a HUGE fan of VHS (I plan on doing my own VHS collection videos soon) you've got a really fun collection. I love your videos and can't wait to get more of my own up. keep up the good work.

  • My Older Brother is into some classic shows and films. When you talk about the 90's "Land of the Lost" series, he'd say he likes the 70's version better, for it's campiness and interesting storyline.

  • I love that this guy is so unashamed of his dweeby interests. Makes me feel better about my own increasingly bloated and drawer-filling movie collection.

  • Blink182 FTW

  • I just made a huge VHS wish-list on amazon because of this video

  • I still buy old VHS tapes of movies every now and then when I find them cheap at rummage sales or at pawn shops. Plus like coolduder said some movies are still stuck in VHS form. Recently I bought the old VHS tape of the actual theatrical movie of Pirates of Penzance since it stars Angela Lansbury. Great movie but corny also LOL. Also some of the movies for VHS they have the best preview trailers and any bonus behind the scenes stuff

  • Hey Shawn do you collect Beta Tapes ?

  • @darule514 Nop

  • my grandfather keeps going to yard sales and buying vhs movies he just got 300 today last month he bought 400

  • @ABEY73 I got some VHS tapes for free from a swap meet once, the movies were:

Lake Placid, Poltergeist III and Virus

  • Why do u have 2 copies of Bean: The Movie?

  • great collection was fun to watch this video

  • nice update you should check out Indiana Travolta the Vhs collector. its more of a gag but still entertaining.

  • very good im suprised you dont get picked up for something like this or a career

  • you have a lot

  • WoW you still have alot of vhs

  • your awesome!!!!

  • In our family, we use Blu-Rays. We've forgotten all the VHS and all the DVD's

  • Does The Little Mermaid Belongs to You or your Brother?

  • ami the only guy that prefers VHS over DVDs.

  • I sometimes do for the novelty of it and the price. But DVDs have better quality. VHS just has a better feel to me for some reason.

  • yes, yes you are.

  • my issues with DVDs are some problems that the AVGN addressed

  • Blink 182!

  • I watched the episode and it was awesome.

  • Because of what you said I'm going to the orange splat website to watch that episode of Doug right now.

  • i have who framed roger rabbit on vhs and i have life with mikey and i got in new york city

  • omg! ghost writer! i used to love that show!!

  • Why!?

  • And The Little Mermaid came out the same year that I was born in 1989.

  • Well Shawn, I am extremely impressed that you have the original 1990 VHS tape of The Little Mermaid (My friend AubreyMan62187 has two copies of that VHS tape and also has the 1998 Masterpiece Collection VHS tape as well). Also, The Little Mermaid is also one of my favorite Disney movies because not was the film my very first Disney Platinum Edition DVD that I ever got, but Ariel is also my favorite Disney heroine as well (and Jodi Benson is my favorite Disney voice actress of all-time).

  • i have the uk vhs. but the artwork with the penis is still the same. it's pretty rare in the uk because i can't find it anywhere. not even ebay or amazon. i can only find the alternate cover mid-90's tape. it's pretty lucky how i kept it over the years

  • I don't have any VHS releases of The Little Mermaid whatsoever. Also, the cover artwork on the 2006 2-Disc Platinum Edition DVD does not contain the offensive thing from Triton's Palace, nor does it contain all of Trtion's Palace either so there is nothing offensive that is on the cover art of the DVD. After all, I am pretty happy that I have the 2006 Platinum Edition DVD of The Little Mermaid.

  • well, of course they changed the cover for the dvd. disney always do that. for example, they edited the sex sign from the lion king. as well, if you can read my first comment, i said they changed the cover in the mid 90's.

  • what are you going to do when they stop producing dvd's like they did vhs tapes? it looks like eventually all movies will be on blu ray.

  • i dont think blu ray is going to take over! i think blu ray is more for animated, and movies with cgi and special effects! theres no point on seeing old movies on blu ray! i think dvd's are going to stay! i havne seen any old classic movies on blu ray, cause theres no point!! the difference is not that big! so i think dvd's and blu rays are going to continue together!!

  • 13:00

  • WHAT THE HELL IS POPPLES?

I really want to know. can someone tell me please

  • there's an article on wikipedia.

  • So many titles still need to come to dvd and now they expect us to upgrade to blu ray already?! ah hell no!!

  • wow man you have loads of VHS tapes - my mum threw all mine out :(

I wish she kept them thou - i would have converted them into dvds for my own use - so that they wouldnt deteriate as much.

  • yea tiny toons i loved that when i was little two!

  • I'm thinking about getting the Burger King Kids Club Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tapes.

  • The Fright Fest nickelodeon vhs was awesome. The doug, ren & stimpy and rugrats cartoons that they included on it were so good. I remember the doug episode to be my favorite.

  • british videos are better theyre in more durable cases
