I think the Equus is a beautiful car and I would gladly buy one if I were in the market for a $55-60,000 car. Hyundai has always treated me well with the past four and the current Hyundai I own.

Nice car, Hyundai and Kia really improved and make nice reliable cars. But in response to this video which is to show its acceleration, I must say that it is not impressive for such power... 0-100 kph in about 7 seconds is now a standard for V6 30K$ sedan... But as someone said, most of buyers of this car won't race it, so I am sure they will have pleanty of power and will enjoy more the smooth ride and all the luxury.

It doesn't matter how fast this car is. It's too large and heavy to be driven like a sports car (I've tried) and people who buy them will only use them as Limos. Limos almost never exceed 90mph because the driver doesn't want to lose his job. when it comes right down to it - rich people aren't buying them. If I'm lying - post some sales figures and then compare those to the 5 and Eclass.

I know. That's exactly what i said. 0 - 60 is important because you need to move these heavy ass cars to highway speed as quickly as possible. But no one can actually drive these cars fast, like sports cars.

5.0L plus 8 speed auto and AWD come out within the next 2 years. (5.0L and 8 speed are gonna be on the 2012, AWD prob not till 2013 model) I sell these car in my Rochester NY Hyundai dealership.

LS460 is faster. As a matter of fact the LS430 with the 6 speed transmission was faster than this too!

@7477238 mention the price difference and options you get in both cars ) I don't think that people who own such a cars race them ))) may be 10 out 1000 ))) for 4.6-liter V-8 385-hp  is okay I think )) Pontiac G8 has 415-hp, 6.2-liter V-8. 2009 Mercedes S class has engines:(382-hp 5.5-liter V-8 ,510-hp 5.5-liter V-12 ,518-hp 6.2-liter V-8 ,604-hp 6.0-liter V-12 ) So I would say nice job done )))

@turbotalon89 yeah the orange line is when you go more then 120km it will flash because in my country the limit is 120km so when you go more then 120km the orange list will flash :D
