  • I suggest u continue to listen to your body adn not get locked into a mental construct about diet. After a while the cold, raw foods deplete fire in the digestive system, making it difficult to be strong and warm, and other problems. Raw has a place, but watch out the "belief" thing.

    And I love the new way of stretching, very important!

  • Meridian based "resistance stretching" is a very interesting system, but this may not be the best introduction to it. "Raw Food" as a nutrition method protocol is too much aggravation to be worth any limited benefits it may bring - just do the stretching and avoid junk food and you'll do great.

  • I've read several articles by good cookbook writers about "raw food" and thumbed through several actual RF cookbooks. In order to get any variety to your diet at all, you have to locate an absurd amount of incredibly expensive and specialized organic ingredients and spend all day preparing them. And you;ll still fart like a sewage factory and suffer B vitamin deficiency. Nothing against RF-ists - I know they mean well.
