@JennaJoker Plastic surgeons like using terms like "rejuvenation" b/c it makes the procedures sound more like spa treatments than actual surgery. Neil had a nose job years ago and is a functional alcoholic (some might debate the term functional considering Neil's recent musical output). The guy needed to dry out before messing with his mug. Facial fat is a sign of youth but these dopey surgeons still remove it. Face-lifts are almost as cool and hardcore as those trendy barbed wire tattoos.

Vince never needed plastic surgery. He needed to get off the booze & STAY off the booze and he'd likely be able to lose some weight & look more like he used to look. He is an alcoholic and has been for a long time--that should be his priority to change his life.

@ThePENON He needed to take the bucks he spent on surgery & put that towards rehab. The man can never be a social drinker--alcoholics can never drink "just a little". If they could, they would not be alcoholics. Vince needs serious help. Nikki Sixx has been clean/sober for quite a few years now. If he can do it, so can Vince.
