@goldenretluver93 You can clean it with toilet paper if you don't want to leave the stall. Just make sure your hands are clean before you remove the cup.
@millie8100 -- True, lol. Same with tampons though. And even with pads, intercourse may be too messy... However, they do have disposable cups called "Instead", and those you can have clean sexual intercourse with.
@RazzberriJam -- Its pretty easy, the material is soft enough to be comfortable, but at the same time, its firm enough to mostly hold its rounded shape during removal. You just rock it from side to side, and ease it out, keeping it in an upright position as much as possible as you bring it out. Works pretty good. Basically, its not like this floppy, squishy things that's just gonna crush when you try to pull it out (that was my first fear before I actually handled one). They're pretty cool.
So I just bought this online? I try going onto your side but it won't let me! Do you sell them cheaper than amazon? and do u need to buy the wash? would it ruin the cup if u didnt buy the wash?
quick question I am going to buy the diva cup but am un sure what size to get I do have 2 kids via c-section my problem is I cant wear big tampons and even small tampons hurt I am short and have small hips and i think i am small down there so i just dont know what size to get if i get the size 2 i am scared it will be to big and hurt.
@nameless212 -- Best thing to do is don't let in pop open on the front wall of the vagina. That's the most sensitive wall. It had the bladder close by, the G-Spot, all that. Try inserting with the folded crease facing the back wall. That wall is nowhere near as sensitive.
@hockeychick711 -- There are smaller cups for younger people. It depends on how heavy your flow is though. If your flow is light, try small Meluna. Medium, try small Ladycup. Heavy, try small Lunette, small Yuuki, or small Fleurcup.
@4everinthetwilight -- Large is for people who've had a baby. Some say after 30, we should get a large because our muscles lose tone, but I really think that is more individual,
This is not hygenic you pull out a cup of your vagina and empty it eww use a pad like really they absorb and you can change it easily or a tampon but realy a cup EWWWW
@Malakaiea -- That's what I said at first. But actually they are extremely hygienic. They can be cleaned and sterilized. No association with TSS either, they don't dry you up. Something many people do not know: Disposable pads ARE NOT required to be sterilized. Think of the factory machines and workers handing them. And tampons have bleached cotton, rayon fibers, and dioxin, with is linked to cancer. Cups hold more than tampons too. So there are lots of reasons why decide to people use them.
@Malakaiea ---everyone is disturbed at first, but I find it MORE hygenic. I dont have to change it every few hours, feels like I dont have a period at all. This thing is like upgrading from taking a bus everywhere to getting a chauffeur.
I've had 5 babies, and I find the Diva cup to be a bit long. I cut the stem, but the ridges still irritate me on the bottom. I haven't tried flipping it inside out, but I will. Which cup would you recommend that is shorter, but wide enough for some one who's had so many babies?
@afutureandahope -- Large Ladycup is shorter, but good width. It can be a bit slippery, but you just keep toilet paper in your hand and re-dry the fingers a couple times, it gives you good grip. If you're short inside, you shouldn't have trouble reaching it. But honestly, almost all of them are shorter in the body than Diva. Well, except large Yuuki.
@LadieLola -- I guess its intended to be worn any time a person wants to, on or off their period, in support of the concept, or to show pride that you made a small but positive change in your life style. But its optional, of course :)
@victoriaphibes -- I know, its good stuff. Normally when I use regular soap, after my hands dry they feel dry. But after I wash my cup with this, my hands feel really good. They seriously could market this in larger bottles as a body wash, if they wanted to. Especially for people with sensitive or dry skin.
Isn't it odd to have to clean it in public restrooms? :/

i'm not some sort of horndog... but can u have sex with this on?
litt0footnatali1020 1 month ago
@litt0footnatali1020 Really...? It's pretty obvious that that would be extremely uncomfortable. There's no space for a penis any more.
I don't even understand how you could be asking this.
