Actually, the US Bank Tower is the 2nd tallest building on the West Coast. The tallest building is the Stratosphere Tower in Las Vegas, which is 132 feet taller than the Library Tower. If Stratosphere was in Downtown LA, the observation deck would hover over LA's 8 major skyscrapers.

The US Bank tower is legendary and the skyscrapers in West Los Angeles are beautiful to look at. But yea most of Downtown is boring because it's mainly office building but there are a few theaters and such. I personally love new york better cause im from here but la is worth visiting

I believe you, b/c while in CHICAGO, I was in traffic everyday. Rush hour in chicago is no joke traffic comes to a complete stop you either have to get off and take back streets or pull over and turn your car off. I stayed at the Palmer House which is like in possibly the worst possible spot. People in Chicago do everything in the street downtown I saw people roller blading, walking in front of cars and buses, riding on bikes, walking, riding on scooters, etc you do that shit in KC you get hit!

If you're coming to California as a tourist, you can drive here as long as you have a valid driver's license from your own country, for how long, I don't know. I have heard different answers that say from only 30 days, and some say up to a year.
