Chinese Government now is trying to institute a set of rules and policies to take absolute control over internet, prohibiting 4-letter words and oppositon to itself. As a result Chinese netizens invented several "species", whose names sounds exactly like those words banned to bend this rule. For example, Alpaca is called "CAO NI MA" which means "mother fucker" in English. In a word, Chinese are trying to express their fury and disappointment.
