  • may I ask what engine you were using in your seafury please?

  • yes its a pity they couldnt keep them going! im just rebuilding my 120 2 stroke powered YT after a crash its going to be in Australian NAVY livery ive glassed the entire wing and the cowl will now be a Fiberglass specialties 1. They fly well but you must keep the weight down to a min! as i found out after my first rebuild.

  • Thanks for your comment. The engine being used is the OS 120 pumped 4-stroke. I notice your using the Saito 220 4S in your Typhoon ..... lovely engine. I was looking at getting the Typhoon but after waying up all the costs, it's going to have to wait. I'm a little dissappointed it doesn't come with standard retracts built in. Balance wise on the Fury, a lot of added weight to the nose due to the scale. Can't remember the precise amount but in the region of 50 grams.

  • Although the plane is not produced anymore, can you please tell me what engine are you using?? Did it need much weight at the front to balance properly?

P.S. If you are interested take a look at my YT Typhoon in my channel and tell me your impressions.

  • Very very nice plane!
