To say which tank was the best is debatable it depends what category obviously a T-32 would be unlikely to beat a Pershing or a Tiger II.

Most of Germany's heavier tanks were very hard to build and they weren't produced in numbers anywhere near the T-32. The T-32 was very easy to build and produce. Any WW2 expert will tell you the T-32 was the best tank of the war precisely because it was strong, powerful and easy to produce and maintain. Why do you think the Russians won the Battle of Kursk?
