It is natural to dance, but unfortunately, club culture in the US today is different. It's hard to explain, but there's something wrong with it, it isn't human, it doesn't belong to people. There are some joints that play underground music and people dance because they feel it, for the right reasons, but popular song and dance is mostly about alcohol and sex now. That's not culture. I really like the dance in this video; I see a lot of house movements. House stays closest to the roots.
True enough I recognizewhere some old skool 80's moves came from. It IS in our BLOOD wherever WE may be (atlanta, antigua, or angola) alos did U see the movie RIZE ? that movie had som intense dancing that U know they really were "feelin it"

there are some dances that are obviously feminine and should be preformed by women
