for what it's worth, the commercials may not be your taste, but positive results are what matters. i actually like a sense of humor and the idea of not presenting a serious business as not too serious. bottom line, i have used these guys and had success. i have several attorney friends (not with Brown & Crouppen) that have told me that Brown & Crouppen is known to have solid attorneys and a great practice. my guess is that most everyone posting here is completely unfamiliar with them.
Like open and shut cases that are mediated? how do we know that they're not going to charge us through a phonecall? i mean, who says that a free consultation is actually FREE????? it's all bull.
They ARE real lawyers. Graybeard is Terry Crouppen. However, the commercial was not taped in a courthouse. It was taped in the 3rd floor corridor of the Laboratory Science building at Washington University in St. Louis. :-)
Actually you couldn't be more wrong. Each of the three lawyers are listed as amongst the top trial lawyers in Missouri by ATLA. Also, this firm was just named the "Winningest Plaintiff Law Firm in Missouri" by Missouri Lawyers Weekly. Next time do some research. Your absence of facts is astounding.
@edman71 First, the ATLA is a gimmick and has nothing to do with quality representation. Second, I think if you're the "winningest" law firm anywhere you should probably petition for removal. Third, what does it mean to be "amongst the top?" For that matter, what does it mean to "win?" Have they won 10,000 for a road rash? I consider that winning, but not if I'm paralyzed, yet 10k for paralyzation is still considered winning. If they were smart they would have not made that commercial.

@avzeolla every successful business has to advertise... coca cola, the worlds most successful brand spends billions on advertising every year... if you want to have a good business then you HAVE to advertise because at the end of the day, if people don't know bout you, your making less money.
guys like this are usually the shittiest trial lawyers. they take crappy cases from drunk, unemployed "plaintiffs" who have tripped down their stairs or slipped on the kitchen floor. they settle hundreds of these cases for "nuisance value", ie the minimum value an insurance company can pay to get out of the case without having to pay a defense lawyer. some of these guys have never even seen the inside of a courtroom. if a case has to go to trial, they usually refer it out to a firm that actual

I think they are actually the lawyers and the 'dramatization' tag at the bottom refers to the fact that they don't actually do whatever it is you would call... that.
@reallivebarbiedoll 'Dramatization' simply means that they're not REALLY going to a court case during this commercial. I think it's pretty obvious they're not actors based on the fact that none of them can act.
Hey Prof Brown - just a suggestion. Get these guys for the guest speakers next year instead of that recent grad. They sound like they have a lot more experience in insurance litigation.
I still haven't figured out if the doors here are opening into HELL or another dimension, maybe the OUTER LIMITS, well, of credibility anyway... What the hell, these guys are all handsome enough to be REAL movie stars and you have to be something of an actor to convince juries... It's a great commercial for the person of average intelligence to see however. IF I pass law school, I might want to do a commercial like this. Assuming the Nazis don't dismantle our justice system...
Understatement of the year - "These are not actors".
