I ate around 6 times a day! but none of it was healthy, i soon changed my diet to only protein rich food and bam! amazingly fast gains, its been about a year and i weigh 165 or so, and since i had very little body fat you can see every muscle in my body clearly without flexing so i get tons of compliments. try eating oatmeal, tuna, wheat bread, fruits, vegetables, chicken, it'll work.

@puuLzee lol im not expert but i read it i think on scoobys channel ( makes youtube videos, body builder or something) that it was proven that no workout slows down your growth rate. I too have skinny wrists though, i haven't gotten them too big, i mainly just focus on working out my forearm like the vid. My whole forearm is ripped and cut all up until my wrists, looks kinda weird when you look at my little wrists but whatever, kinda like having popeyes forearms lol. Eat more protein/ gainWeight
@puuLzee also: do squats, they exercise glutes ,calves, thigh area and a few other muscles. Youll gain leg muscle real quick, but remember to start slow then work your way up, you can hurt your back up pretty bad if you go too heavy. Good luck

Been three weeks and I think my forearms are all ready use to the 30 pound weights that I have. I can't feel any pulsating after 25 reps 4 times. Since I bought these weights, I might as well just increase the amount of times I do the reps. Should work; rather than actually going out and buying more weights. Any other suggestions? Would I be wasting my time doing this?

Okay so for those that actually care on how to do these correctly. Do the curls and twisters 25 times on each hand and take 10 second breaks in between and after. Repeat 4 times. Don't do the curls first with 25 reps 4 times and then the twisters 25 reps four times. I think I just wasted 2 weeks worth of time. The first way you feel the burn more and actually feels like your worked your forearms.
I only masturbate with my right hand, so my left forearm is significantly weaker than my right. I can do wrist curls with a 40 lb dumbbell in my right, but I can only do 30's with my left :(

I have done this for 10 days so far and see side lumps on my forearms. It's really working. What I still do not get is do I do 4 reps of 25 curls and then the 25 twisters or 8 reps total switching up with curls and then twisters? I have been doing it the first way and am now seeing results, but maybe the second way will help me get to the goal faster. What do you think?
Dude. You definitely know what you are talking about. I have been doing this for 1 week 4 times so far and I am all ready seeing the bulk on my forearms. Coming from a guy who had pencil thin forearms...around 6 inches circumference, I am around 10 inches and feeling great. I am glad I finally found some workout for forearms. Screw the bar with the weights and chin ups. This can easily be done with weights and I have seen way more results. Again, thanks!
@tubedude101: You may want to put some weight on that. In reality, most exercises are just hand motions, but the weight adds the challenge to your muscles.

@burns1112227: Idk bro. It has happened to me before, but I just will it. If it helps, just do what you do and work it up. For me, I just used brute force and then one day I started doing equals with both hands.

I have done this for 10 days so far and see side lumps on my forearms. It's really working. What I still do not get is do I do 4 reps of 25 curls and then the 25 twisters or 8 reps total switching up with curls and then twisters? I have been doing it the first way and am now seeing results, but maybe the second way will help me get to the goal faster. What do you think?

Dude. You definitely know what you are talking about. I have been doing this for 1 week 4 times so far and I am all ready seeing the bulk on my forearms. Coming from a guy who had pencil thin forearms...around 6 inches circumference, I am around 10 inches and feeling great. I am glad I finally found some workout for forearms. Screw the bar with the weights and chin ups. This can easily be done with weights and I have seen way more results. Again, thanks!

@arviagent13 I have pencil thin forearms. I usually just use my hand motions without any weight and I really feel the burn

@tubedude101: You may want to put some weight on that. In reality, most exercises are just hand motions, but the weight adds the challenge to your muscles.

@arviagent13 big and strong, i can see the viens coming out of them, my forearms are more defined, increase the weight every 4 days and you well tell your arms are stronger, now i can do 60's, ill left up a 40 pound dumbbell its nothing my arms are strong. so stick with it!

@Griffin596: The only problem is I only have 30 pound weights to tone, but I would hate to have to go to the gym because it kind of wastes time. I mean you are correct that you have to increase it, but i am hoping it tones it if I just stick with the 30 pounds for a while.

@xSm0g: My bad. On the other video he said do 4 reps on the first one. What I did was just do two each of the first and second. The other video does not include the twisters and those really workout the forearms. Remember to do them at least 4 times a week.
