there is no "playing" this game, there isn't skill involved from what i remember. you press the button and hope that you proceed, but i could be wrong, i was like 8 when i played it and i bought it because i read about the part where your grow boobs

I remembered playing this game was I was about 4 years old, not knowing what the hell was going on. I did pick it up a few years back and beat it. Well worth the time to pick up!

You could emulate the Sega CD version. That had a US release fairly cheaply. Mine was 5 dollars.
