this is such horseshit. everyday everything's my fault or I'm a disapointment to the family because the same people who put me here are saying I'm a disapointment. why am I a disapointment? because they killed my self worth. so why should I confide in anything.
My mom did something like this for me...it is so powerful. It is such a relief when someone just tells you that you didn't do anything wrong, and you didn't deserve to be treated the way you were.
