I have an 02 SpecV w/full bolt on and 100shot Zex wet kit. My wife has an 05 RSX w/full bolt on(God, I love her! =D). Excluding the nitrous, at highway racing, she can walk my Spec all day. But AutoX or Roadrace, the Spec V spanks her RSX.

I should know, I race both of them at the same events. The RSX seems a bit more nimble around the corners but I have to already be in Vtec to pull out of them. The SpecV loves roaring out of corners no matter what gear! RSX= long str8s..SpecV=twistys

lmao!!!! i want to see this race go off the line.. in my gsr coupe i use to space out slow ass nissan's... spanked on an se-r that was well known around my area... out of 6 or 7 se-r's that one was the fastest shit was slow as fuck.. now with my motor in a hatch things don't even try to race me.. hahaha...

i hunt down the faster cars now.. 350z's get spanked on all day too.. fuck nissan for making slow ass cars.. they should add some hp to them.. or turbo them like the skyline. hahaha..

It amazes me how people will race stock cars after they have upgraded their cars and swapped motors and say others are slow..Race a spec with the vq motor swap and see who wins..lol

@NVSlash it just depends on the driver, i know someone who beat a ton of GSRs with his nearly stock 95 sentra ser and he beat a guy who supposedly had a V8 mustang, and the new sentra ser spec v run mid 14s now with only around 200HP

vtec will kick in faster in a lower gear. Start with the 2nd gear to reach higher rpm in no time then quick shift to 3rd and go on like a bullet, the beauty of vtec. Good luck.
