You do know that there was a much easier way to kill yourself, don't you? Lava may not be as hot as it used to be, but it's still as liquidy as ever. Just dive down to where you see the "Breathe" bar appear and let yourself drown.

Even the lava is still set for level 60s

heres a tip for the moltencore quest u can go past the fire elemental boss and jump down into the lava and swim to the mc entrance you wont have to fight any boss at all

One tip: Try not to backpeddle. your movement speed is decreased that way. Simply turn around and run, then jump/turn to face your opponent.

You know there's a way, way, way more easy way out of BRD?

Just enter the MC portal (be in a raid group though), and exit it again. This will spawn you at the questgiver.
