It is sad to think that a new generation will not get to touch sticks with Manong Angel.I did not know how lucky I truly was until he (Angel) was no longer with us! If Manong Angel had lived he would have seen his art go worldwide and achieve the respect it so richly deserves. Mabuhay ang Escrima (It is on my Serrada Masters Diploma). Ron
@rsaturnoserrada yeah.. i am from stockton, and just started training with Darren Tibon at Angels school on harding.. his son Gelmar, is there, as well.. i thoroughly enjoy studying this art.. The singer from our band is Gelmars cousin, and thats how I met them.. After learning just a little bit of this art, and seeing videos of Angel, it saddens me that I will never get the honor of meeting GGM Angel Cabales in real life..

Mr (Sorry for not knowing the correct title:) Tacossa seems like he was over 6 ft while Mr (again, Sorry for not knowing the correct title:) seems about Leti's height! I think squats are the only way I will be able to compete with Let!

Yes, Jimmy Tacosa is over 6 feet tall. Angel Cabales was 5'2". His quickness still looks amazing!
