question.....we had the same result putting our 2 kings together....they definitively locked up but we didn't have no eggs from the match up....were they not properly brumated or could it be something else?

i thought king snakes were seldom and territorial so theyd tried eating eaacother thats odd diddent know u could breed them on your own

did she have her post hibernation shed before you put them together? or how did you know if her follicles were large enough to breed. i'm new to colubrids. only bred pythons and boas before.

@akonitony2 cool. thanks. my king actually laid 11 eggs, but when i was away at college my dog found the box the eggs were incubating in...no more eggs :/ just one dog with an upset stomach
