  • Has anyone seen the documentary Hell and Back Again? The filmmaker, Danfung Dennis was a photojournalist and I really think the way he shoots the doc really shows it. Also in the film you can see the power of the footage and I think that is all because of his experience in photojournalism. No other person could make as powerful a film as he did. hellandbackagain. com/

  • Excelent video...

  • great video 148 people are brilliant to accept the value of photography

  • When all the critics have ceased their noise and rambling about nothing, there is always the photograph and the words no honest or dishonest individual can deny...there it is...the truth and damn it all it stands tall and firm as a distinct fact for all time. William Gerardino, photojournalist

VERY wise words, this is what lures me to Photojournalism. Language is a barrier between the message and the recipient, a photograph is the purist form of communication but is still open to interpretation enough so that the image resonates in a unique way, specific to the individual.

  • This video is very, Very inspiring. I love photography and the idea of telling an entire story by a single picture. Traveling, and danger are part of the job. But, that make's it an adventure and to me, It's worth the risk. These photojournalist are living my dream. A dream that I hope to achieve.

  • Wow. What a TRULY inspiring video, especially for someone like me who WANTS to be a photojournalist. I currently work in a fucking warehouse, but my passion, what inspires me, is photography. I would love nothing more than to wake up in the morning and actually look forward to going to work, doint something with photography. Photojournalism. To tell a story with a picture.

This is an amazing and insightful video. THANK YOU for making this/uploading.

And now, I continue chasing my dream.
