@POTOsgrl This one is rather relaxing than fat burning, try the other ones, you'll find it in my playlists under the "hardcore" title :)

This one could be efficient as well if you make couple (10-30) situps before and after, and of course if following a nice diet :) In case you need some more detailed help, feel free to ask, I'm really experienced with such problems :)

@XxSockmonkeyxX focus on your ankles. what helped me was not trying to mov e my hips, but lift up my ankle by moving my hips. practice that. its in the looseness/rotation of the knees and ankles. <3

Well those are Ladies with trained bodys but I think they are not curvy enough for a really sensual Bellydance. You don't have to be "fat" for Bellydance but it looks in- my Oppinion- best done by Women with Curves (such as Beyoncé), this Dancemoves are for shaking what you got, and those girls got not much
