  • Amateur porn?

    Haha

  • if you don't go slow you wont get as large of a range which will reduce your overall flexibility also.

  • @FallinDownOverMe body weight, push ups, pull ups, decline crunches, chin ups. late response here but yeah dont use heavy weights cuz you could very well be a short man with bad joints come 20 years old!

  • =)) sure...

  • ha.......OMG

  • thanks for the tips, i higher appreciate it.

i was doing dumbbell flies prior to watching this, but now i'm probably gonna focus on the pec deck.

  • lol great thanks! :)

  • Hey is this the gym equipment that I want to use if I am a girl trying to increase the muscle under my breasts so that they can look bigger?

  • @iThisLove

To answer your question, yes, use a pec deck. I don't imagine it'll make your breasts look any bigger, but the important thing will be that you're in shape--as long as you'r working all parts of your body equally.

Not to be a creep, but I would take a small-breasted, fit girl over some well-endowed skeleton any day.

  • I hate seeing people at my gym doing about 10 reps in 10 seconds. They get up from the machine looking all smug and I just feel like smacking my forehead. They should all be here watching this video. I always tell them, it has to be controlled and not that fast, but they don't listen. Their loss ;) Good video.

  • @XxNaSaHxX Doing fast reps can be a good thing if you want power... this video demonstrate de good way to guild mass but if, like me, are alrdy kinda big and heavy and want power over size... the way to do is explosive reps... Muscles are simple, the way you train them is the way they'll act in the future, like for sports and fighting especially, u'll want fast and heavy reps to build as much power as u can... fuck size, go power !

  • @6xgcad49 Depends what you want your muscles for. Just like you said. For me, it's all about the look. I don't go around telling people I'm stronger than them... It doesn't mean anything to me if I can bench more or punch faster than someone.

But you're right I guess, people who do MMA always do fast chest presses for faster punches etc. I'm sure you can see this being done in all sports.

  • @XxNaSaHxX explosive on the "up", slow cadence on the "down". ;)

  • @XxNaSaHxX depends, explosive concentric reps builds strength. Though, slow eccentric work (the weights should be so heavy that you can't move them in the concentric phase of the lift) also really sends a massive growth signal to the muscles worked.

  • @XxNaSaHxX They're*

  • Thanks a lot mate. Great to hear you're progressing.

  • Thanks Mark, now I have to buy a peck deck machine! lol your videos are really great for showing correct form, I've always known to do things slowly but working out alone you can really pick up bad habits, watching your vids while I exercise really helps keep me in check.

  • A nice clean steady workout of the pecs there mate.

  • The post was very helpful and makes sense. I really appreciated the video because it emphasized just how slowly the return should be. Thanks for all your great work!

  • Intelligent post and Awesome demonstrative video, Mark. Thanks for posting!

  • Thanks Alex.

  • love the tips man! they are spot on and definitely confirm what i've learned myself in the gym
