i tried wow a year and couldn't get past 46. too many lvl 80 death knights kill town quest givers on either side. that and most of the guilds i joined didn;t do what they said they did. I also lost count on how many times i was left in an instance cuz of ppl hearthing out.
I would hope they make a 360 version when the pc ffxi went to ps2 the user pop went up and up higher with 360.
if more mmo went to those systems more ppl could play them because not everyone can play pc mmo due to not being able to afford a pc to run them. I can't run aion or WoW well on my pc but wow was bad anyway so gave it my uninstall hammer.
yes enix can work on different games, they have teams assembled for each project. Some of the staff of the ffxi online team went to work on ffxiv for a while and the only thing i don't like about ffxi is the graphics, they are alright but the only reason why that is, is because ps2 still play and that's a big nono for upgraded graphics on ps2 :] signed up for beta the day they announced now, it's only a matter of time.
