@vioite Apparently his outfit was drawn wrong and how he is depicted as a pervet (By groping Japan's and China's 'chests') that the Korean goverent official banned him from appearing in the anime. He's in the manga and webcomic but but that's all you see of him. Americans (And Japanese) love him,
