After watching some TNG be sure & watch Deep Space 9 (my favorite)& Voyager. They all are great for staying connected with characters. Q has been on all 3. Worf & Miles obrien with Keiko move to deep space 9. If u've not seen any Kirk & Spok watch & see where it starts. "Mirror Mirror" episode starts the alternate universe.
