i got two degus gurls.. their around 13 weeks old.. and i got them for soon about a week ago!
They get a long well .. but the last days they've been fighting a lot.. They are sometimes friends.. but fight a lot... Is this normal??? I'm worried, and this is the first time i grabbed the chance to get myself degus.. I wold appreciate if someone would respond.
If they are really ripping into each other. SEPARATE IMMEDIATELY! usually a good combination is a castrated male and a female. if not..2 males are less tempermental...generally
i think cage is apropriate, moreover plastic buttom is good for they feet and protects from injurys. Its maybe small(100x80x60) but thay have long hours of freedom every day.
i know about sticks, bo some suger from time to time is safe, and they love it.
i well wont one they look sooo sweet

Extremely sweet degus and great video quality!
Unfortunatly the cage is unappropriate for degus. It's too small and has a plastic bottom.
And these sticks often contain sugar (honey, molasses, whatever), which is really bad for degus...
