@privettricker hey prevettricker, i love your cover but i was just wondering what guitars (with humbuckers) you would suggest for a fat, slightly overdriven, tone. (in the price range from 800 to 1500 bucks) thanks again
@privettricker "As many as my wife lets me buy" =) ...Well, I wear the pants in my family!.........However, my wife tells me which pair to put on in the morning. =(
@privettricker re: "As many as my wife lets me buy." Indeed. I'm lucky that way too and it seems you and I have chosen a very similar stable of guitars. LP burst, strat, tele, gretsch. I also paid attention in school. ;)
This is hillarious--- I just had a run in with anti war mouth piece Cindy Sheehan this morning outside of Travis AFB----I tore into her and her Code Pink brigade and it was on the news out here in Northern California. Good job PT---how did you figure out both E strings were tuned down to D?
what one nice freaking guitar !!!!you dont even know it,,but,,you started me playing guitar here a while back,,I can make my les paul walk and talk and every body is amazed !!! how much do i owe you??? even being around alot of seniors ,retired older people,,they talk,,and some want me to play some gospel !!!!in the community room,,but ,,i dont know any songs(amazing grace,,ect,),,if you can show me just one ,,i will play it. thank you !!!
Ah, the old call to action... still sends a shiver after all these years. Wonder what git Neil was playing. I picture him with his Les Paul but that might have been with Crazy Horse. Thanks for the lesson. Great job on an important song.
Sweet!!!

@ubacam For that kind of money, a Les Paul is the axe to have, IMO.

Don't you ever make a mistake? Geese, at least show some human compassion for us mortals.
