1) What was the point of the blow up doll? Was it supposed to be a shield or a distraction?

2) The driver was shot directly in the heart. He should be dead. And definitely not continuing to drive a car.

3) Why did they go after him on a skate board? They had a car. Seems like that would have worked out better for them to just chase them down with that, and they could have actually gotten away.
