This is SVR 2009 so men can fight women -also you could make more muscular women in this version. For some stupid reason they decided to drop this in SVR 2010 despite claiming 'it's your world now' ...evidently it isn't...

Yes anyone can create them. They are made from smackdown vs raw on xbox360. I'm thinking of creating a blog soon to write down how I do it as it took me a while to get it sorted.
