  • ur very welcome

  • yes you r doin them right but keep ur arms straight and locked so u dont hit ur head

  • @tyreek426 Lol thx for the help but this was years ago and I'm much better now but thank you lol.

  • make your arms straighter and keep your feet and legs together.

And you should practice you rebound when u land.

  • @VanessaSabrina12 Lol thx. But i got it 2 years ago xDD. Thx though ^^

  • ok well make it so your arms stay straight. your bending them to much so your doing bunny arms. and keep your legs closer together. remember to look back always

  • I think that you have to bend your knees and lean a little bit more back. Backhand springs is all about getting as far as ever possible ;)

    But practice, makes master (:

  • yeahh!! its really goood just sit more before you goo

  • you have a good backhandspring. you should lean back just a little more right before you jump backwards so that you jump back as well as up. also if you really want you can try working on keeping your legs straight and together, but that often comes with practice

  • How long did it take to learn that? Cause I can do a back walk over really poorly now, but that is it :P How long from there did it take you to learn? Thanks!

  • well funny u asked. i was doing my backhandsprings like a back bend walkover really fast way for about 1 or 2 years then this year i just backed and notice the difference and then start doing those. so really it took a day to really learn that backhandspring there. but all u got to do is a jump back on ur hands snap u legs back and there u go.

  • what do you mean by "you just backed" ? I can jump into a back walkover if that is what you mean. Ugh, I am just scared to leap back into a handspring. I cant take lessons so i am trying to teach my self w/ out a spot...

  • How did you get over the fear=]

  • well.....when it comes to flips and stuff im not the one to be scared if i really really wanna learn. but what u do is just get a bunch of pillows or something very cushy. and to make a back handspring less scary is to jump more back then up which i was doing. but u have to learn how to fall just like jump and fall on purpose and then find a way not to hurt urself. and then just do it. good luck and feel free to ask any more questions

  • jump back a bit more but overall great and remember to stay tight :)

  • ty ill try to remember that. and ill try to stay tight too
