  • look at how small his legs and calves are compared to his upper body. when a guys legs shrink just to keep size in his upper body going- you know his genetics dont support the growth. kai green and branch warren have legs that are just as thick as theyr upper bodys. hes no mr olympia

  • @MrDTRAIN91 im thinking to bring them back in balance if you notice he is squeezing the leg hes not lifting up harder. sometimes even tho you train hard one leg can slightly out grow the other so just a small bit of extra focus to the lagging leg and bring it back. i dont care if your a pro or not you will have that with muscle groups sometimes.

  • @weightlifter210 nerves start failing or degrading once staroids hit a certain max level. you know your time is up soon .when that starts happening. he cant get any bigger. he peaked in 06 and then in 09 next one more time not in 2011 but like 12 0r 13. if he takes a break. four years to build back up freak level mass from comingoff . look at ronnie. he still cant get that super full youth look back

  • @xmiosx Its alot safer. Insted of using like 400lbs in squats, that may hurt ur back, you can use 200 when squatting.

  • The wide-screen SEEMS like a good idea to do for a bodybuiling vid but mostly it just creates distortion and even elongation of the body it most camera angles. If you're gonna document how you look I wouldn't use the widescreen. Makes it hard to judge what you look like.

    He is on his toes more than on his heels, at least from the looks of it and his knees are extending so far past his toes.

  • @yonkersfugitive lol true. But who cares? He's not lifting very heavy on those squats (for his size and strength) and he's probably trying to put more focus on the quads (as opposed to the glutes and hams like normal, proper squats utilize).

  • @yonkersfugitive I have heard that the "knees over the toes" form is a myth...I know if you do go over the toe it puts more of the weight on your quads, as far as stress on the joint I'm not sure.

  • @rhox1567 I'm not completely sure about this, but I know Jay has had some leg symmetry issues in the past so he may be emphasizing the contraction of his right leg by lifting his left one off the platform.

  • @apic165 it's a stiff legged deadlift. It works hamstrings mostly but also a bit lower back.
