I lived there In 1979 when we had a 6.7 and I thought that was hell , but a 7.2 and you got it on film , wow way to go !!! Awesome footage , all of my brothers and sisters still live there .... They said it seemed like it would never stop .

This is the best earthquake video I have seen, NOTHING can prepare you for the actual moment and earthquake hits. Look at the pictures on his wall all shaking! We were in Yuma, AZ about 50 miles from the epicenter and let me tell you this was a HUGE quake. Good job recording itman, be prepared for allt he after shocks there have been many 5.0 since and its Tuesday now. Check out USGS website.

after the ride, go shut off your gas line and your neibors gas lines the gas line is outside turn the valve from vertical to horizontal you can use two bricks as a wrench that will prevent any fires if there is structural damage.

@bateshawn Have you ever been to the Imperial Valley? Do you know how many fault lines cross through that place. Earthquakes happen all the time there, this just happened to be a bigger one. I lived there for 20 years until I moved away this is just another part of life there.
