Possibly one of the greatest games of all time, well best of its genre anyway.

Brilliant Graphics, significantly improved game play and fantastic story lines. The only snag I had with the game is that I remember the side quest story lines being much much longer.. for instance the dark brotherhood and thieves guild were much longer in oblivion! but yes Jeremy, it is awesometacular! in fact you should make an even higher rank for this game!

@Jezzahowie how is that a down side? in oblivion the thieves guild and dark brother hood was super repetitive. Oh travel here kill this guy, travel back get item, repeat. Thieves guild, steal this item, fence a shit load of stuff, repeat until you meet grey fox, become grey fox, win. In skyrim at least its interestingly elaborate with deceptions and traitors.

to get a good tank do the quet where the dude asks you to get his dog. find the dog but don't turn in the quest. since the dog is a quest item it won't die and it is a beast tank

I did not enjoy Skyrim. It feels awesome during the first few hours but then reality hits you hard like a bitch and you start feeling that you have no real control over the overall plot of the story. That's fine to me, i don't mind following along a straight story line in a game, but when i'm promised COMPLETE FREEDOM OF CHOICE shit gets real to me. Skyrim felt like a YES or NO game with no in betweens whatsoever. I seriously expected much better after Fallout: New Vegas.

@JinKsed17 It gives you tons of choice. You can choose which side you want, Imperial or Stormcloak, you can choose to kill paarthurnax, you can choose to not even do the main missions if you want. You don;'t HAVE to do anything really thats the freedom of choice they talk about. It doesnt force you to complete any main missions to do anything special.

i was playing skyrim on my pc with some mods like i had my sneak and archery and blade all the way, and i had the warglaves of azinoth in game and i was fighting 3 giants a few wolves when all of a sudden a dragon comes out of no-where and killed me, never would happen in oblivion... AWESOME

@wqhhj I feel that too, Oblivion was the first style of that sort ive played, after the 2 fallout games. Skyrim feels the same sort of, but ya you have to look at it as a style of game play. The Skill system is far better then oblivion. The funny thing is my first play through i was not too crazy about it the second play threw i like it more?? its fucking odd but true, give it another shot.

@radiantnakashima Yes, there are hunderds of ways to earn money very quickly and easlily. Spend money on health/mana potions and everytime you get in trouble all you have to do is PAUSE the game, drink a potion and when you come back, your life is recharged... Way to go Bethesda.

@radiantnakashima You missed my point. I never said it sucks, I also never said the game is bad for that reaons, and to be precise, I never said that health power ups are a bad thing. I said that they are so easy to obtain that anyone can get ton of them, I carry around 50+ health potions on me all the time, I play on highest difficulty and everytime Im about to die, I simply use a potion. My point is that as long as you have health potions, you cant die.

@radiantnakashima such scenarios almost never happen, as the game is designed to level up everything else along with you, so that enemies arent too strong or too weak. Read a little about how the game is designed. I carry 50 bottles full of health, HOW THE FUCK CAN I DIE?! All it takes to use them is just open up your inventory(which pauses the game, giving you ton of time to do this) and then use one...

Skyrim is over rated as fuck its good but no where near as epic as everyone says. The guild quests were not very epic (unlike oblivion) and the DRAUGR.... so many of thiose godamn things i got bored of fighting them over and over... and over again

Daedra may be assholes, but they give you the best weapons. And IMO the best weapon in the hole game is daedric and you don't have to be that much of an ass.

While I agree with being a F***ing badass as you level, there is, however, one entity in perticular that pisses me off. Not the dragons, the Forsworn, the damn Deathlord Draugrs. By my point in the game if you spend a good chunk in it, a dungeon will pin against a couple of them, along with Scorges and Wights. Worse one was trying for a dragon priest mask, and by the end I had faced at least 25 deathlords, some in groups of 3! Blows.

Ummmm yeah this game fuckin rocks. I used to be SUPER jealous when my fiance would play it because he turns into a zombie that stuffs food in his face & wipes it on me. UNTIL, I finally got sick of it & wanted to play. I did my first dungeon & I was like, The power is in my hands... Maybe it's not good to be evil, but sometimes you get some good shit being evil. I believe you mean Sheogorath. Sanguine was the password to get into the Dark Brotherhood in Oblivion. Sheogorath is awesome though...my favorite Daedric Prince.

dude, seriously, the dungeons in daggerfall were a huge pain with not much coherence, they could go on forever, and it was hard to navigate in or not to get lost because of the map. Also, too many fetch quests.
