  • Uhhh responsible breeders in Misery?? Oops I meant Missouri... OMG you make me laugh I think I just peed a little!!!!!!

  • @lmcgrif We accept comments that are for AND AGAINST our opinion. Please repost your disagreement without using profanity

  • @mglass2020 THE HSUS does not look for customers. This country dumps about 2 million at HSUS per year. As a not for profit organization that gets zero state or federal funds what is the conservative answer if HSUS went away. Really, give me a good answer and not a bunch of double talk. The answer is the city animal control officers in the thousands would have to whack them.

  • This video was extremely ridiculous. I'm voting NO on Proposition B, but you didn't even talk about the issues really. You relied 100% on an emotional appeal, and then made it seem like the government is going to storm in your house and steal your family pet.

I'm sad that the child has problems, but acting like the dogs are the miracle cure is crazy.

  • @SMSUMarine Please notice that we release 15 videos on this topic. Youtube and videos are a new venture for us. We are taking instructions on what, when, and how create thess messages. I have made some mistakes along the way ... and learned a lot for future messages. Original videos released were too long and containd too much information...We had to learn to separate the messages to get them out there...still woring on that. Either way - I appreciate that you took the time to respond.

  • What a crock. Prob B merely mandates the barest minimum of care for facilities maintaining over 50 animals. Does Damien really need *50* Dachshunds to stretch his arms out toward? Please. I'm embarrassed to live in Missouri, known throughout the country as the "Puppy Mill State". Rescue a shelter dog, people. Pet ownership is hardly in danger. We put down thousands of dogs every day in this country because of Puppy Mills and their irresponsible practices.

  • @angerrat They do not have 50 dachshunds

  • @angerrat That's the story proposition b is trying to give you, the real fear about pro b is that it's the first step for radical activist to regulate other trades such as livestock industry which is pretty big in Missouri. Really you aren't voting to get rid of any bad breeder problems rather just creating more excessive expensis to responsible breeders.

  • @angerrat I'm with you brother. The obese dachshund in the picture needs a little exercise. In a couple of photo's the dog's eyes are glowing like Damien in "The Omen" The video was well intended but it assisted in putting a "win" for prop B. What are you gonna do? If you were against Prop B then move on and wait for the next "goverment takeover"

  • @smedlek @smedlek Please understand that (as the video states) the child is prescribed 'coumadin'. Without getting into too much personal information, along with him being a heart patient, he has additional special needs. The purpose of the video is to express how pets assist with special needs.

  • @mglass2020 Absolutely! Numerous studies have proven this. But that doesn't necessitate breeding dogs in puppy mills. Families can just as easily adopt shelter animals or buy from responsible (small scale, family-bred dogs). Prop B has one goal only- to stop puppy mills, not pet ownership. (Ridiculous that you think so! Animal Welfare Advocated ALL have pets and would be the most outspoken if people tried to end pet ownership.)

  • LOL! you know the Humane Society doesn't want extinction of animal ownership. Keep up being a moron liar as you whore for your puppy mills

  • @robertmike57 Your comment will remain posted...Although it borderlines profanity...It serves to show the level of capability from the likes of you to express yourself. I hope you feel that you impress yourself.

  • @mglass2020 Before you give your support to Prop B, please take a moment to view the HSUS and PETA videos on My Channel: KnowledgeisPower2011

These are powerful videos that speak the truth! Well worth your time! There is a way to stop and control "puppymills"-but handing over our rights and freedoms to CORPORATE control is NOT the way. Making our State and USDA people accountable is the way.

Please also remember there are many abusive pet owners/backyard breeders that need to be stopped!

  • @KnowledgeisPower2011 no there is abused pets but first off not all puppy kenels are bad sure some ppl break the law! duh! but not everyone you want to take away jobs oh and news check! animals are below humans! not equal fuck why dont you worry about abused children????? and if pro B gets passed then the crazy animal fucks will try to control everything else so vote NO

  • @drhine14 ""The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated." --Gandhi

They are not called puppy kennels, they are puppy mills. Yes, not everyone breaks the law, so the breeders that ARE good, shouldnt even be slightly worried about prop B. Animals are not below humans, that was a very ill-mannered comment you made. We are superior, but that doesnt mean they should be treated as less. Your opinions are detrimental. I hope you dont have kids.

  • @MissAmyNicci wow you really are stupid right? they are puppy kennels! puppy mills is a word that never should of been made and dog breeders hate that word and the good dog breeders will be affected! they will only be able to hold up to 50 dogs! which they need more to make money! and if Prob B gets passed then eventually the crazy animal rights people will try to take away bullets and hunting which will make more deer to run around and cause more car recks!!!

  • @drhine14 What do you even mean by the word should of never been made? Your right. I agree, they should be called torture chambers. If a dog breeder is GOOD then their main motivation wouldn't be profits over well-being, moron. So only bad breeders oppose this proposition. You just admitted that yourself. Good argumentative skills. Crazy animal rights people? Oh you mean the people who believe in not torturing animals. Yeah...crazy people....LOL Read the prop. It has nothing to do with hunting.

  • @MissAmyNicci no duh it has noithing to do with hunting! i told you that if they get this passed the animal rights will try to tell us that we cant hunt because thats mean to animals you people think animals are equal? no God thats right God put them on the earth to benefit us he made us out of his image and "moron" puppy kennels are not torture chambers they breed dogs and give them plenty of food yes some break the law but you cant take away jobs because of it! jobs are more important!

  • @drhine14 You have made 3 assumptions= If prop B gets passed, animal rights groups will try to outlaw hunting. God put animals on the earth to benefit humans, and God made us out of his image. All assumptions, nothing more. Assumptions should be left out of REAL debates, but I don't expect you to know that. It if more than obvious you have never seen a puppy mill, let alone just a single PICTURE of a puppy mill. I have personally been to 12 actually, and every single one was fucking horrifying.

  • @drhine14 If you actually believe those dogs get fed plenty of food, you have just revealed yourself to be an extremely uninformed, ignorant and oblivious human. Feeding is just the surface of all the problems in a puppy mill. I rescued a puppy mill dog that had its collar so tight for so many years that it was literally embedded into the dog's neck. Another dog I rescued died during dental surgery because its jaw was 100% rotted. The jaw literally fell apart on the operating table.

  • Don't even try to tell me that the majority of puppy mills treat their dogs well. Those r not the facts. You can't tell me any different. I have all the proof in the world and you have none. You have no personal experience to back your claims, &obviously no credibility. If u want to honestly be fair, and just give my side a chance then u need to watch "Dealing Dogs". Its a very eye-opening documentary about puppy mills. It will not hurt u to try and explore the opposition's argument.

  • @robertmike57 If you truly believe HSUS doesn't want to eliminate animal ownership then you are either on their payroll or 57 is your IQ.

  • @becauseitsamerica I can't believe you along w/ other people actually think one of the largest animal RIGHTS groups actually has an objective to end pet ownership....are you brain dead or just inbred? I'm guessing both. I really hope you don't own pets.

  • @MissAmyNicci Of course I'm inbred-so are u, or are you unfamiliar with Adam & Eve? I'm typing so I assume I am not brain dead. You people are getting the idea that Missouri is not going to be the pushover you thought it was and it's making you furious. You bring with you ridiculous statements ie 'the life of an ant and the life of a child are equal', that crap will not fly in this state & I thank the good Lord for it. HSUS will be outa here 11/3 with their tails between their legs.

  • @becauseitsamerica Yeah I'm familiar w/ the irrelevant, biblical story of Adam & Eve. Are u familiar w/ other fairy tales as well? Oh well that's so funny u say that b/c prop B passed. Guess a significant majority of Missouri is wanting to behave in a more civilized and humane way. Too bad for all of u back-country hicks, ur time is long over-due. Its hilarious your religious & support the torture of "gods creatures" LOL@u comparing ANTS to DOGS! Do I really have to explain to u the differences?

  • What an embarrassment to to human kind you are ! @robertmike57

  • @robertmike57 Whore for my puppymills? Why yes....I think I will. Keep that in mind as you pimp for the HSUS!

  • @becauseitsamerica Translation: Whore for puppy mills = whore for torture. Pimp for HSUS = Pimp for care and love.

Good job admitting you support torture. That's always an argument winner.

  • girlnextdoor54321 Its not that I think filthy overcrowded kennels are ok because they are not but at least are already punishable by law. HSUS has conveniently excluded shelters from the prop B provisions and I am wondering how many readers here have ever been to a private shelter? I have seen horrific conditions but since they are operating under the cloak of respectability ie shelter then it seems to be acceptable even though they charge 'adoption fees' higher than the price of a puppy!

  • @becauseitsamerica Already punishable by law????? You must be totally oblivious to this entire issue. You people are missing the entire point - PUPPY MILLS TORTURE DOGS. THAT NEEDS TO END, RIGHT NOW. END OF DISCUSSION. Why would you stand in the way of ANY attempt whatsoever to try and make conditions better???????????????????

  • @MissAmyNicci Class C felony check it out. Puppy mills might torture dogs but licensed inspected kennels do not. HSUS is going to stand by while LOCAL shelters have to take in thousands of dogs and euthanize them. They don't give a rat's behind what happens to them and they sure won't spend any of Wayne Pacelle's money to care for them. You need to pull your head out of that dark place it's in and learn what is really going on and let me assure you-it is not animal WELFARE!.

  • @MissAmyNicci Thats right amy. Stop all good licensed breeders. Let all the terrible breeders go underground and breed breed breed. I do feel sorry for poor little girls like amy that don't have a clue whats really going on. My guess is she's never been to a good breeders kennel she probably doesn't know any. Oh Lord look where American has gone to in a few 200 years. From freedom to dictatorship. The sad part is the kids growing up are clueless and don't even hardly remember what freedom is.

  • If an animal is being mistreated or made to live in deplorable condition then it is wrong.

  • @girlnextdoor54321 We agree---Thank you for your comment

  • @girlnextdoor54321

    I agree.

I want to know why rescues and shelters are exempt from Proposition B.

  • How exactly will this law help animals in deplorable conditions when no one knows where to find them? HSUS knows it won't and they don't care. They are really after licensed inspected breeders and the real reason?? Because they want to eliminate animal ownership. If you don't believe me then do a google search on Wayne Pacelle and his quotes and you'll see for yourself. HSUS is a political activism group NOT animal welfare! Joe Q. Public you have been duped!

  • @becauseitsamerica Thank You for your comments---We apprecate that you take the time to show the public the TRUTH

  • Finally the truth ! Why hate breeders ?

  • @MsMoFoxtrot Because some are bad. Vote YES!

  • @xhelloimyoursx Just make sure you know what you are voting YES on ! Have you visited Congressman Blaine Luetkenmeyer's website. This bill will open up a whole other can of worms ! Please read the fine print , look at the history of these bills being passed in other states. It's not what it seems.

  • @xhelloimyoursx

So because SOME are bad we are going to hurt all of them? True blue 'puppy mills' are already illegal in Missouri, adding an extra law against them is not going to help. Pet care is not about the number of animals people have, but providing the right care for them. A good breeder can take care of 200 dogs while an irresponsible dog owner can mistreat and abuse only 1. While I am against puppy mills, this bill is not the answer. It's an attack on responsible breeders.

  • @MsMoFoxtrot I wouldn't say I "hate" breeders, but I do strongly disagree with the fact that so many of them mass produce puppies in horrendous conditions (keep costs low and profits high). It is estimated that 3 million dogs come out of puppy mills every year. In the meantime, about 5 millions homeless pets are euthanized in the U.S. every year. Do the math. We do not need to be pumping millions of more dogs into a world where millions are losing their lives due to the lack of a home.

  • There are laws against " horrendous conditions " why doesn't the HSUS put some of that $ into stopping the "dirty dozen " ? Have you noticed what the majority of dogs are in shelters ? Mixed breeds , how about a law that if you don't have a license to breed then you have to show proof of spay/neuter ? It's the common pet owner who is the most irresponsible.

    @chrisboortz

  • @MsMoFoxtrot I'm sorry, but I have to disagree with you here. Let me first say I am against Prop B. But I have 2 dogs, neither of which are registered and neither of which are spayed. They have never had a litter of pups, and the eldest is 14, the youngest is 12. I resent anyone telling me I have to alter my dogs. Responsible pet owners know how to keep dogs from breeding.

  • Also why can't we just shut down these kennels that aren't passing inspection? Why haven't we put this into law ? Prop B is a radical bill to cap what we can have in agriculture is against our constitutional right to free enterprise. Look what the HSUS did to Florida's pork industry and California's egg industry ! Leaving these states with the highest rate of unemployment and bankruptcy. @chrisboortz
